I’m very concerned about the pratice of this company I booked flights from Heathrow to Turkey’s the company takes my money after hours after hours haven’t received my flight ticket , I then decided to contact the company only to be told that the flight is no longer available it’s quite concerning why would they have the flight displays on their site but take my money and tells me the flights is not available yet you have makes payment. I ask for notification confirmation via email that the flight is no longer available and a refund am yet to get my money refunded . Yesterday I was able to get my money return back into my credit card account after I activated section 75 under consumer act
I waited 15 days and this company never have the decency to communicate with me about my refund a despicable and dishonest company and I will never do business with again please beware and stay aware

Covid-19 "Lifetime" Refund Credit Voucher from Citrus Holidays not honoured. AVOID! Refusing/difficult to book.
We had a 14 night holiday to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam trip booked with "Victor" from Citrus Holidays back in 2019. The original departure date was Sept 2020 but as you know, Covid-19 hit the world and all travel was banned leading to our holiday being cancelled. Cutting a long story short, we EVENTUALLY received a "Lifetime Refund Credit Voucher" for £3398 on 11 Nov 2021 to rebook at a later date. It says in writing that it is Valid from original departure date with lifetime validity. Since then we discovered that Citrus Holidays is now permanently closed, we have been advised to book through FlightsandPackages.com - which I've been told by numerous of their staff on the phone are definitely the company dealing with Citrus Holidays customers with credit vouchers. It has now been several months trying to book our holiday and we have been messed around ridiculously by both Benz Travel and Flights and Packages. Numerous e-mail's with all information requested sent and promises of someone from "the department" to call me back but they never do. They're quick to take your money but don't want to help when you want it back or want to use the voucher they issued. We have been incredibly patient and understanding but quite frankly they're taking the p***. Sick of excuses, delay tactics and false promises being spoken to by numerous people with strong South Asian accents all using English names as a cover. Even their so-called managers in charge of various departments speak on the phone like they have no clue and are new to hearing my complaints having to repeat myself over and over again. I am now going to proceed with court action against both companies. I've done a simple search on Creditsafe and companies house for details of the directors from both companies with all the information I need. Looking forward to seeing the people behind "Benz" travel and "Flights and Packages" in court. I've had enough. In addition I will be reporting my experience and exposing this as far wide as possible everywhere on the internet and not just Trustpilot to warn people to never book anything with these companies. Social media...blogs, the lot. Absolute fraudsters and crooks.

Citrus Holidays owned by Benz Travel: Still waiting for a refund 3 YEARS LATER !!!!!
In November 2019, we booked a holiday with Citrus Holidays (10 Nights Greek Treasure Trail) to be held from May 8 to 19, 2020. Unfortunately, because of COVID-19, this holiday had to be cancelled. We later received a credit voucher from Benz Travel which could be used to re-book a new holiday or could be cashed in on or after August 31, 2020. On that date, we advised Citrus Holidays that we wanted a CASH refund. We have been sending them emails every month since then and they always reply with the same answer: "We have checked with accounts and they have advised us that your booking is in queue for processing and will be done soon".
WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR REFUND 36 MONTHS LATER!!!

If we could give this organization -10 stars, we would. We booked travel (3 travellers) and paid over $10K CAD in Sept 2019. Pandemic hit, we were patient and tried to rebook but cancelled many times due to travel restrictions. Feb 3, 2021 after many many months of requesting refund, they agreed to a full refund. They then stalled in many ways, advising they were "chasing accounts" (who the hell is accounts??!!) for our money. They said that they had requested a refund from Air Canada on May 24, 2021, we have confirmation Air Canada refunded them April 6, 2020. They then asked for SWIFT banking information to deposit payment (refusing to refund our original payment type which was Visa). Fast forward to Feb 28, 2022 (after we got a lawyer involved) the lawyer Anita Hoxha with Citrus Holidays Legal, advised a refund would be issued. Here we are Oct 28, 2022, 3 years from booking the travel and 20 months after being promised a refund, with nothing. There are no phone numbers, no one calls you back, don't reply to emails. They are liars, have essentially stollen our funds (confirmation that Air Canada refunded them for our tickets, which they have not refunded us). We never travelled to Ecuador... and we would strong advise no one give this company or their parent company, Benz Travel, a single dime of money. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS ORGANIZATION.

Could not travel due to Covid, Government ruled I should get full refund, "Janet" (not real name) screamed at me down phone, shouted over me, cut me off. Paid £2,171.50 for 4 return tickets to Orlando, tried to say I get money back from United Airlines although they got refund and United no longer travel from my local airport. Online could get flights for less than original payment however they wanted £680 more each person! Have now taken them to the Small Claims Court, now known as Court Claim for Money, plus interest and fee.

Awful! Scammers! Booked a holiday with them over a year ago and when I checked all was good to go 2 weeks before holiday they inform me flights have been cancelled and I need to pay more if I still want to go! So I called the airline and it turns out they never booked us on the flights in the first place!! Can't get through to them now by phone or email. AVOID! Citrus kept saying refund was being processed and accounts at Benz were very busy and get round to it
This is a stalling tactic be careful on time restrictions on ATOL, and getting credit card company to do chargeback
I finally after 24-18 months from paying for holiday and 8 months after requesting refund managed to get credit company to take action and get me refund
