Inflatable bath seat
I ordered an inflatable bath seat late on a Wednesday afternoon. Confirmation email received that order was being processed and I would receive my order within 5 working days. On the Thursday I had another email to say delivery would be on the Friday, it duly arrived before lunch. Excellent service

After purchasing a similar Home Helper…
After purchasing a similar Home Helper Trolley, from a different supplier, we discovered that the concept was exactly what we wanted, but it was poorly built, and even the wheels fell off due to its doubtful build! We decided to take a chance, and ordered this one from Lloyds Pharmacy as it allowed my disabled wife to use it a balance, something to hang onto to move around the house. What a difference! It is strong, well made, the wheels are attached correctly, and is a life saver for her. We are very pleased with the purchase, the identical copy from another source is already in the skip at the local tip!

Excellent service from start to finish.The guys who delivered and assembled the bed were brilliant. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to put together, and then they demonstrated how it all worked.All the cardboard and packaging was taken away, they did a very good job.
We have already recommended your company to a relative and given him a catalogue.

After having a fault with a wheelchair I bought, I called the customer services and they went out of their way to help me get a replacement the next day and even picked up the damaged one for free.
The advisor on the line was friendly, helpful and understanding of my husband's situation.

Exmouth Massage Recliners
Exmouth Massage Recliners - After numerous phone calls i am still awaiting missing parts for the foot stool and instead of sending 4 No. plates to affix the legs of the stool to the metal base i have now been told i have to await for them "Betterlife" to source another full unit including the recliner chair which could take up to another 2 - 3 weeks. Unreasonable and appalling service i have not had a returned telephone call as promised.
