Good trails and facilties. Good days riding

Fantastic day
All staff super friendly and helpful.
My only negative is there being no drinking water tap where you get the van back up. Only one is all the way back at the reception area.

Quality and variety of trails to suit all abilities

Had a great time riding with the family, watching my son develop and getting more comfortable on red runs, even if he was saying how he’s better than me at jumping now! Always preferred my wheels on the ground anyway! Staff helpful as always. I think the hot spell probably thinned out the crowds a bit.

Brilliant, well thought out all weather trails (it rained non stop) which didn't slow us down at all.

Trails were mint. Uplift crew were on the ball...never had to wait for more than a few minutes between uplifts. (Just enough time to catch your breath)
In fact the whole team have got it pretty much dialed in. 2nd visit in 3 weeks. Still grinning like a fool after yesterday's ride......keep it up BPW

Uplifts are constant. All the blue trails are excellent. Very good info at the start of trails regarding gap jumps etc. Cafe is brilliant, as are the facilities and members of staff. Would thoroughly recommend to people of all ages and skill levels

We love it!!!! Usually it’s myself (Mum) and my two teenage boys. Friendly and helpful uplift crew, great food and environment. Wish the day pass was a bit longer in summer (perhaps 5pm not 4). First aid team were great patching my son’s knee up. A few more affordable bits in the shop would be good. Overall we love and will continue to make the c. 3 hour journey to visit a few times a year. Please, please add some more capacity to advanced teen holiday time all day coaching sessions. The spaces fill so quickly we keep missing out.

BPW is a fantastic place, so much choice in terms of trails and great service for hiring bikes etc. The only thing is that the food, coffee etc prices are creeping up. It used to be pretty good value, but £4.20 for a coffee is way too much.

A visit to BPW is always fun, but this time a little less so. One of our group was injured, and I wanted to commend the first responders on site who arrived quickly to our location, administered first aid with calm professionalism, and helped us towards the next step of treatment. Everything else was brilliant as always, but this was really worth commenting on.

Staff warm and friendly, trails were fantastic. However, please please please go back to allowing customers to order coffee and cafe at the coffee counter. The new approach to order everything at a single counter is causing massive queues and a lot of frustration for customers; it is not efficient.

I broke my leg on a Thursday night, with confirmation from the hospital on Friday morning, when I was due to visit BPW on the Saturday.

In the terms and conditions there is a clause that states that changes can't be made within 48 hours of the booking. I can understand the reason for this, but believe there should be a case for extenuating circumstances, such as in the case of an unfortunate injury.

As a result of this, I paid to ride the park, but was unable to visit because of the aforementioned broken leg. I was not able to save my booking for a later date for example.

Always a good day at BPW , used the emtb chargers at lunchtime for an extra bit of juice. Workshop staff are brilliant diagnosing a mates bike problem, above and beyond well done all.
