Bit of a problem with communication !

I've received conflicting messages about my renewal.

Several informing me that renewal not exstg even tho others confirm receipt of premium ! !

Used another insurer for years and they really couldn't be bothered about loosing my business went to Bikesure the first initial quote took a while to sort (multibike policy) but I have to say they are helpful, polite, UK call centre and the web based self service is good.
good price even at renewal and easy to renew aswell

They sort things out and call when to renew without hassle they do the work for me, which I love, great company

Had cheaper quotes but didn’t really recognise the companies… came across Bikesure through a forum and requested a call back. The agent was great, quick and very helpful. We got cut off and she called straight back. We ran the quote and she even matched a cheaper quote for me…. My friends are also picking new bikes up and are going to bikesure for their new policy on my referral. Hopefully come renewal time its a similar story 🤞🏻.

Very easy to get hold of on telephone. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service and insurance agents....Unlike many companies that make you jump through hoops to contact them...Bikesure is a breath of fresh air with the ease you can speak to an agent

I really enjoyed the renewal process as it was very quick, explained in a clear and illustrated manner, and was significantly lower than the previous year after honouring my NCD. I also enjoy all the benefits my policy allows such as the BMF membership, discounts on motorcycle goods, and other perks. The staff have also always been friendly with me and professional. They are a bit stricter with the terms and conditions, but it pays off with a much cheaper premium than competitors.

Service and priceing

Very helpful when I ‘phoned to query my renewal quote. Unfortunately, the documents initially failed to arrive, but were re-sent and subsequently arrived ok.

It was a stress free experience getting a new insurance policy set up.

Although the whole process is online, this year’s price was the best I’ve had in years. The email updates are excellent, keeping you informed about offers, competitions, and new products. Overall, Bikesure has been one of the most reliable and customer‑friendly insurers I’ve used.
