I’ve had a great experience with my Bip…

I’ve had a great experience with my Bip credit card. The app is really easy to use, making it simple to keep track of my spending, payments and available credit. I like that everything is managed digitally, and the payment reminders help me stay on top of my account. It’s been a great tool for building my credit score, and I’ve had no issues with using it for everyday purchases. Overall, it’s a straightforward, reliable credit card that I’d happily recommend to anyone looking to build or improve their credit.

Good credit company

I had this credit account now for 5 years and have never had a problem with them, have missed a few payments over the years due to my own fault, always got a reminder from them but no late fees

Impossible to make payment!! Scam

I dont have access to my app anymore or know my card number. I'm trying to pay my balance of literally £5 but I cant make any payments without that information. I need to contact customer service about this but its all IN THE APP! I made a complaint, saying its impossible for me to make this payment because I cant access the app... guess where the complaint response was sent... the app!!!! At this point this company just seems like a scam. I am being charged interest and having my credit score tarnished because of a £5 charge that the company is making it absolutely impossible for me to pay.

EDIT: I can’t call I don’t live in the UK anymore which was in my original complaint!
