Excellent service with extensive range and good prices
Really glad I went into Blacks today. I was looking for a rucksack big enough to carry camping gear. The sales assistant waited till I asked for help and the guidance offered was excellent. He had a deep understanding of the items and he helped me to understand what I was looking for. I bought an Osprey Rook 65 which well below the list price and I got an extra discount for my YHA membership. The in shop experience was much better than buying online

Exceptional customer service from the team.
Raia went over and above to source my hiking boots from the stockroom as they were not on display.
Ria also informed me about the price match facility which enabled me to purchase my boots at the same discounted price advertised online.
John and Karen were very friendly and took an interest in my love for hiking, even recommending locations for scenic hiking spots.
Such a pleasant shopping experience I will definitely be shopping here again.
