Disappointing eucalyptus
Ordered a Belle Epoque hydrangea and a couple of eucalyptus stems. The hydrangea was great, the eucalyptus were awful, nasty artificial green colour that would not help any flower arrangement.

Approx October 2020 and received May 2021 ‘An unfortunate first time’ The first time I dealt with you was not a particularly good one as I ordered 4 ‘month’flowers and received 3 within a matter of weeks, but the 4th I waited months! I kept the 3 back so that I could give them at the same time! I hoped that this was owing to the Pandemic, so gave you a second chance. I received my last order within a matter of 3/4 days and was highly delighted! You will get another chance again and by the way, everyone has remarked how pretty my ‘tree candles’ are, I was very pleased with those too. Thank you for the improved service. Sincerely, Mrs. G.
