Good experience from start to finish…
I employed Bright and Beautiful through Muhammed in Adlington area The ladies who did my clean worked so hard in the time they were with me and it has really made a difference My home is now how I want it I chose 4 weekly deep clean and I will be continuing for foreseeable future Thank you Karen and Lucy for a professional and friendly service and to Muhammed for support when I need it

Another excellent clean from the Bright…
Another excellent clean from the Bright and Beautiful Portsmouth team. The team always leave my home SO clean. They are very thorough, without doubt the best cleaning service I have used. Not only do they do an great job, but they are also very friendly and professional. I really like that I can just get on with work in my office on cleaning days and leave them to it. I would have no hesitation recommending Bright and Beautiful Portsmouth.

I used the Hazel Grove branch for a deep clean as I has a damaged shoulder. The girls were wonderful and so was the house when it was finished. I will definitely be doing this again.

Seemed very professional on first meet…
Seemed very professional on first meet / tour of property but price was significantly higher than all other quotes.
When questioned on cost, I was offered no breakdown / explanation of how prices were calculated so I couldn't proceed with services as I felt very overcharged.
UPDATE - thank you for your response but again, this shows no clarity / breakdown for how the price has been calculated.

We are committed to only using environmentally friendly products free of harsh chemicals, employing our staff ethically with a living wage, and providing strict security for our customers by DBS checking our staff and ensuring cleaning is done in teams of two or three.
Unlike many other cleaning companies we are a holistic service, providing ironing and laundry and all of our work is done to a hotel standard. All of these factors contribute to our price point.

Harlow branch, lovely experience
I really loved the experience with the Harlow Branch. Excellent management from Shannon and Nikki, fast progress from the beginning to the end (checking the flat, receiving the quote, and cleaning the required areas). The cleaning team was friendly, fast and accurate.
The price isn’t the cheapest in the market, but the Harlow branch’s work is premium quality so definitely worth it.
I hardly recommend them.

Great start, very poor ending
The contact started off very well, Wayne responded promptly to my inquiry and was very professional and polite. However, following the quote, I received no response despite chasing up. I appreciate the service I wanted may not have been possible, however, a simple 'no, sorry' would have sufficed rather than no response at all.

Self care = Self repair
I have just found out my husband is terminally ill so I decided it would be lovely to be more present with him and get a cleaner.
I am a Health Coach who practices self-care so I knew this would be a gift to us both.
I walked into my home after they left and cried!
My home was transformed,I have had many cleaners over the years but this was a level of cleaning I had not experienced before.

It was worth the wait
It was worth the wait! The three ladies made my home sparkle! I have an open plan downstairs design which is hard to tackle, but they achieved perfection. All the dust from the log burner, the garden and the three family dogs disappeared and everything shone bright and beautiful once again!
