Bad Service
Update: Briscoes have refunded my money after they did not have the product that was advertised.
Have yet to receive my click and collect. This review is just on customer service and not on item that I am still waiting for. It is 9 days and still waiting for my email for click n collect, have spoken to a number of customer service people on different days and have been given different answers. Firstly item was showing available in store that I chose only to be told 4 days later when I rang that there were none in stock and were told that only 39 left in NZ. Wouldn't be so bad if they email and give me a time frame in which I will receive it but they leave you hanging in the dark...will not do click n collect again from Briscoes.

Terrible online service
Terrible service I ordered a soda stream 3 extra bottles and 3 bottles of syrup on the 16th December online for my son and his family for Christmas...in plenty of time I would have thought...the bottles and syrup turned up within a few days the soda stream turned up yesterday the 6th January making the present absolutely useless...after numerous emails to them and the courier company they use I was none the wiser as to what was happening as they were slow to reply and gave me no information just fobbed me off

Have been a customer for many years
Have been a customer for many years. Their prices are marked up to be discounted later in "special offers". They insist on short warranties for durable goods, and it is hard to get them acknowledge our NZ consumer protection law, causing hassle to the customer. We do not bother to enter their shops any more. Finished.

No reply to 5 emails I sent. I have been hung up on after being on hold for 30 mins. Will gladly take your money instantly but no chance of talking to someone via email or phone.
