British Hardwoods Avis

Exceptional quality oak timber. Perfectly straight, well machined lengths at good prices and quick delivery

This was the only place I could find a wide enough real wood threshold after having the bathroom re tiled and meeting a wood floor. The product arrived brilliantly packed and looks great. My only gripe, which I did communicate, is that they have a blanket charge for delivery of £35 and I had to grit my teeth to order a £15 strip of wood and pay £50. Perhaps consider an alternative courier for small orders?

Excellent service received within a couple of days.

Easy to use website. Order despatched quickly and well wrapped. Highly recommend.

The wood arrived very well packed, the edges are protected by strong cardboard and covered in cling film.
It arrived in perfect undamaged condition.
Good price, and good seller, would deal again.

Good product, delivered as advised, good experience with friendly and helpful staff, flooring installed, looks great, many thanks.
Regards Michael

Clear website and very helpful customer service online. The wood was only a small purchase but arrived carefully wrapped. Excellent quality.

My new wooden flooring is great and device from British hardwoods was very good all through the process

I keep ordering wood from this company after many, many years. They never let you down, the products are excellent, well packaged, fast delivery. If you’re reading this review then you’re taking to long, just place an order you won’t be disappointed.

British Hardwoods proved to be a thoroughly professional company from initial enquiry to final delivery. Delivering a high quality product on time and as estimated.

Their communication and flexibility was first class.

Wood quality excellent and skirting boards were very well protected for delivery

Great service. Beautiful oak wood supplied to spec at decent price and timescales.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the process, from ordering to delivery. They were clear on when the wood was to be delivered and it arrived with no problems. The quality of the walnut was great and was able to get a uniform 45mm thickness after running through my planer/ thicknesser. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Great quality and competitive prices. Two seperate orders, one for collection one for delivery, faultless both times. Would recommend!

Expensive but worth it.
Lovely quality, very accurately and finely planed.
Good delivery - well wrapped.

Truly amazing products! Buying online isn’t for everyone but for sure you won’t be disappointed buying from British Hardwoods, amazing oak bullnose skirting and a perfect match with my flooring, used multiple times and never been disappointed!!

British hardwoods. Website is easy to navigate with plenty of options to choose from. I order and paid with the oak boards arriving within a week or so.
Thank you, look forward to doing business with British hardwood again soo n.

Superb quality oak flooring with no micro bevel. Highly accurately machined and a perfect fit. Beautifully chosen woods.

Good quality timber, from a knowledgeable supplier. Securely packaged and sent with an experienced and reliable courier company

The skirting and architrave was as ordered but was a bit disappointed that the architrave had a large knot in the wood, this should have been checked prior to dispatch.
