Copenhagen sofa bed
At 191 cm wide, the Copenhagen sofa bed fits well in my apartment. It is well designed and made from good materials. White gloves installers carried the piece up four flights of stairs and put it together, then disposed of the bulky packaging. Only trouble is, they applied the long legs to the back and the short legs to the front, which gave the sofa bed and unwanted slope forwards, and was not possible to correct without additional professional help to retrieve metals screws driven into leg timber, and reapply. I was advised that the plastic washers on the legs are unnecessary. My advice? Be sure to apply the short legs to the back and the long legs to the front of the Copenhagen sofa bed.

The ottoman I ordered was exactly as advertised and the colour better than expected.
The fabric is beautiful (velvet) and the size perfect for our living space.
The customer experience was excellent with the option to select a day for delivery! Pricing was fantastic as well.

Appalled by this company. DONT buy from them for your own sake
Hold onto your hats because this is the tea of dealing with Brosa.
I ordered two items - a couch and an armchair.
1. After waiting 8 weeks for dispatch I chased the company about the lack of shipment notice. Only to be informed they have lost the couch I paid for months ago.
2. The customer service representative replied and said I would have to wait till 5 months for a new couch and only offered me a $150 voucher for the inconvenience.
3. I swapped the couch for a new one. However the customer service rep was so slow to reply to my emails (literally she took 2-3 days at a time to reply), that she eventually admitted that the item labelled "in stock" that I wanted to replace the lost couch with, was no longer available. If she had actually been attentive or replied within a decent amount of time, I would have been able to receive at least my second choice of couch.
4. I ordered a new couch (this is the THIRD couch) and the refund still hasnt come through for the difference paid. This has shipped - who knows if it will actually arrive.
5. The armchair meanwhile had been shipped with half of the original couch. It has taken months to arrive and just as it reached my home town, the tracking suddenly said "delivered" without any delivery The shipping company informed me that Brosa has cancelled the order and the items are returning to their warehouse. Aka, the armchair I paid for and have waited MONTHS for is being returned.
I have been dealing with their terrible customer support and shoddy business for what feels like forever. No sincere apology has been given. No prompt help. And terrible communication. I have had to reach out to them every time - no help ever offered or any communication given unless I call or send multiple emails. If you get the customer rep Ally - ask for a different person. I feel honestly gaslit and cheated by this company and every staff member I have spoken to.
Do not buy from this place. It isnt worth the stress, the lost money or the time spent waiting.

Excelent service, I have receided what I have expectated, I was going through the others reviews and negative reviews were very bad as some customers were making recommendation not to buy their products. But I am very happy with the company as I have received what I have paid for.

A great experience
We had a wonderful experience with Brosa. Delivery was as ordered, delivered on time, the delivery guys were great and the box / rubbish was removed.
Highly recommend.

Terrible terrible terrible
Terrible terrible terrible. Do not bother shopping here if you want fast delivery or any kind of customer service. We ordered our coffee table in December, it is now July and no sign of the damn thing. I am sick to death of waiting. $1000 down the drain.

Lovely furniture, exactly right size and height for my bedrooms
I bought 4 bedside tables (2 pairs) at half price. Bedside tables are beautiful. Assembly was easy. I had these straps in the assembly and was racking my brain how they fitted. I had other furniture being assembled from different company at the same time. He said they were to stop furniture falling, a safety issue for children. Most people would have no idea what these straps are for, so it would be an idea to put in instructions. The packaging was too much. Took over the house. But to be fair, I got a great deal on beautiful furniture. The delivery guys were extremely pleasant. People at Brossa were great.

Not sure about the product but obvious it requires lots of patience!

I have never bought furniture online before. It was surprisingly great. We live the item we purchased and everything else was quick and easy. Also, it’s reassuring that it can be returned with a full refund if the item doesn’t suit or just change of mind.

Great company
Had a really great experience with Brosa. I found the products to be at a great price point with live availability on the item and a good range for what I was after.
Delivery was great, probably one of the best experiences with a furniture company as they regularly followed up on delivery timeframes and reminders. On the day, live tracking made it much easier for me to be available for the delivery which is well above most other companies who give you a 4 hour timeframe to wait around for.
Would definitely use Brosa again.

Love my sofa bed from Brosa…
I rarely make large purchases from the internet. However, after searching for the ideal modern looking and practical sofa bed, Brosa had the perfect piece. Very high quality furniture and it fits my needs perfectly. Online ordering was easy and Brosa’s ordering and payment system flawless and secure. Communication with me on the order’s progress was excellent. Highly recommend this online company.

If you expect delivery to be on time -
1. Personally went into Fitzroy’s store and purchased a piece of furniture (specifically drove in because it is advertised as in stock with fast delivery of approx 2-3 business days)
2. The staff member I purchased it from said it would be delivered within this timeframe and gave a specific date of 20/7/22.
3. She also witnessed me making a phone call to ensure someone would be home to receive it.
Had to follow this up on the date and was told that delivery’s are all full until the following week.
Cancelled the entire order due to frustration that Brosa is unable to deliver on time, regardless of what the website states (and being told face to face) very frustrating.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. My sofas look amazing!! My build took longer than expected, brosa were more than happy to hold my couches until I was ready. The extra $70 for the sofas to be set up and boxes taken away was well worth it. It’s also piece of mind with their money back guarantee should you not like the purchase. I’m so happy with the service!

If I could give 0 stars for this review I WOULD!
Never in my life have a dealt with a more difficult company!
I am usually not one to write bad reviews but this company deserves one!
1. I made an order in the first week of January. The charcoal grey sofabed I wanted to order comes with a slip cover in 3 colours (not the colour I was after). If you buy the same sofa with the exact same slip cover but you buy the version that is not the sofa bed you can have it with the 4'th colour charcoal grey. Why couldn't I just order one in the slip colour preferred if they all have the same slip covers? A question I asked Brosa. They said I would have to buy an extra slip cover in the colour I preferred for $529. They said unfortunately they are unsure why it is done that way but if I wanted the charcoal grey sofabed I would need to purchase it in one colour and then purchase the charcoal grey slipcover. Then the sofa bed will arrive with two slipcovers. One in the colour I dont want and one in the colour I do. I gave up and thought it wasnt worth the hassle and I paid for the extra slip cover.
2. I was also informed that it would take months for my order to come and it wouldn't be ready until June/July. I thought that was fine as I was going overseas for work until June anyway and it would give me plenty of time to supply them with the correct address.
2. During the order process they requested a delivery address. I told Brosa that I did not have one yet as my house was just being built but I would have the address by the time the order was ready in June/July. They said it was fine and I should just enter a temporary address and they assured the item would not be delivered until they made contact with me to confirm a delivery date, time and location. I entered a temporary address which is actually a business address and was assured everything would be fine and I would be contacted.
3. I received an email mid-February to explain that my order had been delayed for up to 5 weeks due to stock issues. Again that was fine for me as I was in no hurry.
4. In April I received a notification from the courier to say that 1/3 of the order was being delivered... and to that temporary business address. I freaked out and made contact with Brosa and the courier immediately. It was too late. The slip cover had been delivered. The 2 couches remaining on the order were still not ready. I explained everything to Brosa and asked why they hadn't contacted me when they said they would. They apologised and assured me that my couches would not be delivered without me being contacted first.
3. In May I received another notification that both couches were on their way to the wrong address again. I again immediately made contact with Brosa and the courier to stop delivery. This time the couches were not delivered and were sent back to Brosa. I received a message from Brosa saying they would hold them out of good service for 3 months and then afterwards would charge me $50 a week to hold the items. I didn't feel like it was good service after they had stuffed it up twice but i thanked them and left it until i returned from overseas.
4. Upon my return I tried contacted Brosa and to no avail. I was getting sick of everything and decided to cancel one of the couches. I explained everything to Brosa and they apologised and were very helpful. They took notes and assured me Arvin (the guy who was dealing with my account) would contact me the next day to confirm the refund for one couch and do confirm a delivery date for the second one. I gave her am excellent review, thanked her and waited to hear from Arvin. I didn't hear from Arvin.
5. I contacted Arvin with everything previously discussed with the other Brosa representative and asked him to contact me back. I sent my bank details and the correct delivery address.
6. After still not hearing from him I contacted customer service again. They assured me Arvin would contact me soon.
7. Meanwhile the delivery company sent a 3rd delivery notification to the wrong address which I had to ammend.
8. Arvin replied and said he was cancelling both couches.I then sent him a response that was very clear and very succinct outlining everything again in one email. I had to make things as simple as I could because he was either not reading my emails and just taking guesses as to what I was after or he could not understand English well and I had to plain and simple.
9. I got a response this morning saying he would cancel 1 couch but that i would need to pay an additional delivery fee for the other and that I needed to prove I closed my previous bank account.
10. I called customer service to speak with a manager and got transferred me to Arvin who argued with me and refused to let me speak with a manager. Eventually he said it would take 3 days for a manger to get back to me and hung up.
I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET MY SLIP COVER AND THE ISSUE REMAINS UNRESOLVED!!
