I ordered a small wall lintel online…
I ordered a small wall lintel online for £58.42, paid for it then received a email 3 days later to say I hadn’t ordered £750.00 or over (which seems a bit steep) which was the minimum order?, if so why did the site take my money in the first place, it’s not a super issue as I probably hadn’t seen the small print and managed to order it somewhere else, a good job I wasn’t in a hurry for it.

Shoddy organisation
Ordered bricks for me to be told they messed up the prices listed on the website, so I had to pay an additional £200+ even though I rang previously to check the price and was promised it was sorted, terrible

We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your experience. We always aim to be transparent with our pricing and delivery timelines.
In this case, the original supplier was unable to deliver your order until December, which we understood didn’t meet your timeframe. To get the bricks to you within two weeks, we sourced them from an alternative supplier, but this came with an additional delivery cost. We did explain this at the time and confirmed the additional charge before proceeding.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the situation and the price difference, but unfortunately, these costs were outside of our control. We tried to offer the quickest possible solution based on your needs.

You’re getting me to do a review when i still haven’t received my trims that I ordered about a week ago, which you charged me £20 for. So no it’s not good when your trying to get a project over the line. Hopefully they turn up Monday, but I won’t hold my breath.

As soon as we became aware of this, we informed you and offered a similar alternative that was available, or a full refund. Once the refund was requested, it was processed, though it can understandably take a few days for the payment to clear.

The won’t deliver to me and there was nothing on there website to say the areas they don’t deliver to.
I made payment paid for delivery 2 hours later I get a phone call to say we don’t deliver to your area.
This needs to be addressed

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. To clarify, our website does state that we deliver to Mainland UK only, which unfortunately does not include the Isle of Man. This is clearly stated on our delivery page under 'delivery options'.
Your order was placed at 13:36, and we contacted you at 14:23 the same day to explain this and arrange a full refund. We always try to resolve such situations as quickly and fairly as possible, and we appreciate your understanding.
