When I realised that I wanted to keep my car, I rang CA Auto and you help with advice and reassurance. I rang when advised , talked through what I wanted and within 2 days my finance was checked and completed, even filling out the paperwork was a breeze. Highly recommended

Confused
Had to do a direct debit change, which was handled incorrect and due to an admin error the DD was not set up in time - so called and made a payment over the phone (30th July). Got confirmation that DD had then been set up. Today received a Notice of default sums and am told I will be charged £18. I have not defaulted and am guessing my payment over the phone has not been allocated to my agreement.
