Caffyns Vauxhall Ashford
I had a sales person named James. He was absolutely fantastic, was very patient with me during the purchasing procedure, and the test drive.
He made me aware of every little detail and he made perfect sense while talking to me; being autistic, this made the process of purchasing my new vehicle far nicer!
The aftercare was also fantastic, I had an issue with the battery in the car, and they replaced it for free without any fuss.

Great Service department
I am new to the brand and Brighton Audi are the third dealership I have visited and by far the best in the area for after sales care.
I received text messages, emails and phone calls before during and after the visit. I spoke to Adam,Katie, Paul and Martin they were all very helpful and had good product knowledge.

I visited Caffyns to view and test drive the Cupra Tavascan and was looked after by Georgia. Her knowledge of the car was unbelievable, and I asked some difficult questions I didn’t expect to be answered easily. She was so easy to talk to and understood our needs. We’ve decided to purchase a Cupra and a big part of our decision was through visiting Caffyns. Georgia is an exemplary member of the team and you’ll be well looked after when you visit the showroom. If you thought labour was against…
If you thought labour was against disabled people, you haven’t been to Volvo in Worthing yet, absolutely diabolical service and clearly discriminate against disabled people, booked a Servicing and have always had a collection and drop back service free of charge, now they want £30!!
I’ve been with them with my XC 40 and now with my EC 40 for the servicing and MOT, in two years time I doubt very much if I would even order a mobility vehicle through them, used to go to Volvo Worthing near Shoreham absolutely great service and a pity it had to close, it’s a pity they’re not still open. They could train the staff at Goring by Sea which is greatly needed!!

However, we also provide a drop‑off service or a "while you wait" appointment. During a while‑you‑wait booking, you’re welcome to relax in our lovely showroom and enjoy a hot drink while your vehicle is being serviced.

Good service
It is always expensive but I am pleased that they collect my car (I live on the other side of Brighton) and deliver once done.
I have been using this dealership since 1998 and have bought all my new cars through them.

Great experience ordering a car part online.
I needed a new door handle for my Škoda fabia. Caffyns had the part in stock and cheaper than the company I have used before. I emailed to check the part and had a reply back within 30mins. I ordered the part Friday and it was dispatched the same day and was with me Monday. Great fast service and a great price. Thanks.

Caffyns VW Worthing is a trusted dealership with excellent after sales service.
Caffyns VW Worthing has provided an excellent service over the many years I have used them. Staff are friendly, courteous, helpful, well informed and professional.
