Fantastic customer service and patience!
This is the third time I’ve bought furniture from Camerich, with my first purchase back in 2015, and I’ve had such a positive experience every time. The quality is always excellent, and there’s a fantastic range of options in terms of style, fabric and finish, which makes the whole process feel really personal.
This time, Kalea Wiltshire-Allen was incredibly helpful from start to finish, and Dereece Leigh-Gayle was also wonderful. They both went above and beyond to advise me and make sure I was 100% happy with my choices. They were patient, knowledgeable and made the whole experience feel easy, enjoyable and stress-free.
That level of care is a big reason why I’ve come back to Camerich again, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, well made furniture and genuinely excellent customer service. Great price point too, which is always welcome :-)

sofas look great in the showroom BUT
sofas look great in the showroom, but now I've had them for three months I'm not impressed with quality and service is APPALLING. Their sales are almost permanent so you're not getting an expensive product at a good price, its just a marketing strategy - in reality its average quality at an average price. they are actually made in China so delivery takes forever. it took two months to get the correct covers for the back cushions despite being a stock item and in some lights they are a different shade to seat cushions. made on a budget - the more expensive cloth is only used in visible areas and cheaper cloth else where. the ottoman is appalling - cushion seems don't align with base (ikea argos qulity)
and I can't count how many phone calls and emails I've made/sent

Thank you for leaving a review - we’re truly sorry that you were unhappy with the service and products received.
Regarding the back cushions, there was a stock discrepancy when you placed your order, so in an effort to try and minimise the inconveniences caused we supplied some alternative cushions whilst we waited for the correct ones to arrive. We must apologise that this was not communicated more promptly and clearly, but please be assured it came from a position of attempting to assist rather that cause further frustration.
One of the key selling features of our sofas is their fully removable covers, and another is that we upholster both sides of most seat cushions with the same facing fabric. This is well above industry standards and indicative of a quality product designed for many years of use whilst providing opportunity to change or replace covers in the future. We encourage all customers to visit our showrooms to see and feel for themselves the level of quality and design detail that characterises our products.
Nevertheless, we must again apologise that you’re not happy with your experience, and that we’ve not been able to make it right for you on this occasion. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss further any issues that you may feel are unresolved – our customer services team have a dedicated care line and remain keen to address anything to ensure all our customers are satisfied with the products and service received.

I had a really lovely experience…
I had a really lovely experience ordering from Camerich. Winnie was incredibly helpful throughout: warm, patient, and genuinely attentive without ever being pushy. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process feel easy and reassuring.
It’s rare to come across such thoughtful and personable service, and it made a real difference to the experience. I’m very pleased with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Camerich, and especially Winnie, to others.

Bufa sofa
We had a very positive experience visiting the Tottenham Court store, with sales advisor Kalea, who was very helpful and supported us through the ordering and fabric choice. The Bufa sofa we chose has won design awards and is really comfortable. Looking forward to receiving our order.

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. I dealt with Nisya Sabah-Alleyne who was very commercially minded and helpful. She took proactive steps to get the best available package for me, showing independent initiative in following up to secure my order and ensuring that she could offer pricing that responded to my own concerns. Nisya then ensured that the process of order, payment and contact with logistics was smooth and seamless. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Great quality and great service from Lexi
Recently bought several large items from Camerich for an interior design client and we're both really pleased with the furniture items and the service. The quality of the furniture is fabulous and they're very well built and beautifully finished. Lexi, the showroom manager, was incredibly helpful with the buying process, quickly responding to any queries I had and contacting other showrooms on my behalf for further information I needed for items which weren't on show at Tottenham Court Rd.
I have every intention of returning to Camerich for future projects.

Great customer service and quality products
I purchased a sofa from Camerich at Tottenham Court Road after going to about 20 stores. It was exactly what I was looking for. The store manager Lexi provided excellent service as she was very attentive and helpful while I was being indecisive.

Amazing experience with Lexi at the…
Amazing experience with Lexi at the Camerich Tottenham Court Road showroom.
We ordered a couch, table and chairs via her and her help and communication was seamless and transparent throughout. We even let her know we were hosting a dinner party around the delivery date and that it would be very helpful if the items could arrive before. Lexi kept a special eye on the shipment and delivery and managed to get it to us the day before our party which was a great help!
Huge thanks to Lexi for her help and support! Will definitely be keeping an eye on Camerichs future collections to further decorate my home!

Yesterday, I received excellent customer service from Emily Poynton, who was so knowledgeable and helpful with advice as to the recovering of my sofas. She went the extra mile and offered to send me samples of fabric and the quotation arrived very swiftly.
Today I visited the Tottenham Road store and Bade helped me choosing the fabric.
