Delivery took longer than anticipated and I received some sweets which weren’t what I ordered and were substituted without asking. Not as good quality as some other places I’ve ordered from. Sorry

I have not received my order despite…

I have not received my order despite receiving emails stating it has been delivered, when I email I just receive an automated response and there is no telephone number to contact the company. I advise proceeding with caution if ordering from here, I will also be reporting this organisation to facebook, instagram and tiktok

My order from 11 days ago has still not…

My order from 11 days ago has still not arrived despite various emails to them.
I have now requested a full refund from PayPal. Stay away from this company, too many bad reviews and tiny packets of sweets, complete rip off.

Waiting for delivery

I ordered on 7 August and had an email to say there were problems. I had an email to give me details of a link to check delivery. That said being prepared on 10 August and handed to Courier on same date. Courier has had it for 8 days and I am still waiting for it

I placed my order and it never arrived

I placed my order and it never arrived, I emailed the company and was told a number of times that they were busy and staff shortages there would be a delay still waiting so asked for refund and still waiting for that as well will never go there again

Unfortunately the photo on website of the sweet peanuts isn't what arrived. Contacted customer service with no reply. Very disappointing. The one on website is ghe true seet peanuts. What arrived was the modern day ones individual wrapped. Different texture , taste and ingredients not what inordered

I don’t even want to give this a 1…

I don’t even want to give this a 1 star! Waited longer than was expected for delivery, still no sweets for grandsons christening , had to go out & buy more! Still waiting on them ! Over a week now! Still not arrived!
Wrote & told them twice! No response! Awful customer service! Don’t waste your money!
