Sweets were like they was years ago will be buying them again ✌🏻

Delivery was quite slow but well worth the wait. This is not going to be good for the diet 😂😂😂

For some reason you have stopped selling my favourite- foam bananas. Why is that!

Ordered for a Birthday present still not received the parcel 3weeks later.

I ordered from this supplier over a month ago, it was supposed to be delivered 2 days later, I'd ordered them because my grandchildren were coming over, they have now been and gone, still no delivery.
Each time I contacted them, I just received an automated email saying their busy.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered pink and white mice got what looks like panda heads ,the choc sprinkles stars were stuck together and the milk chocolate had discoloured ,I opened one of the chocolate hearts to check them and they had the same discolouration.I got these for my daughters wedding and now feel I can't use them ,very disappointing

Unfortunately all bags were stuck together making it hard to open. Was substituted a product which was of no use to us as no-one liked it. No offer to send original selection. Got an email citing staff shortages but not acceptable at all. Will think twice before ordering again!!!!

7 days for the delivery not great

Happen had the delivery!!!! Don’t know why I have this r mail.

I haven’t received my sweets yet!!

I like the sweets, but I was disappointed with the time it took to deliver them

Order placed 8th August it is now 21st August and still haven't received goods .
They say short staffed still can't tell if been dispatched poor show won't be using them again

Still waiting for delivery or any update about a refund after almost 2 weeks. Probably save your money or go to a reliable company

WARNING DO NOT ORDER From this company, I placed my order on the 29th July and have still not received it, I received an email from them asking if I was happy with my sweets, emailed them and said I haven't received it yet, they said sorry it will be with you shortly, that was last week and still no order, I asked for a refund if my order hadn't been processed but they replied stating it was an automated ordering system and wasn't able to cancel. I've been messaging them every day for the last week and getting no reply, customer service is non existent, had to score 1 star as it won't let me score less, I'd give it minus 10 stars if I could

I would love to do a review but as yet i haven`t recieved my order.

The chocolate had melted into a solid lump, the all sorts were stale and the jelly beans were discoloured and hard.
Not a good buy.

The sweets were good however they got my order wrong and over charged me. I had some email back and forth but ultimately they didn't resolve the issue.

I have placed an order and it has not arrived yet - had an email on 11/08 saying it was on its way order placed on 10/08 number Order #123877

I have emailed and am waiting for a reply.

Truly awful have not received my order no communication nothing. Today’s date is the 18th still nothing.
