Don't pay anything unless they can provide detail of credit agreement and when it was taken out. Just spoken with them following a letter saying I owed close to £300 with the original debt to Shop Direct. I queried this as I believed I didn't owe anything. The young lady was very helpful and after checking said that due to the age of the account they would close the account with zero debt and send a letter of confirmation. After 6 years it's statute barred but I still think I never had the debt in the first place.

Your Agent was very helpful and helped me sort out my plan going forward. I want the debt cleared next year, not 2028.

I tried numerous times to register to online account but was not able to do so. I contacted the team by phone and was reassured that I will be able to do so after they forwarded me a reference number which was the same number I already used trying to register to online account , and which appears on all paperwork from Capquest

Currently in breathing space but they still insist on trying to contact me which is wrong and also I think unlawful!

I asked to make a counter offer and was told I would her back by the next day, I am still waiting for them to tell me the outcome

Received a settlement fee, decided to pay it in full to get them off my back.

12 hours later saying that it’s no longer active and I owe the rest still.

Absolute con, don’t listen to them continue to ignore there calls and messages
