Had a hard time settling on what floor we wanted, the sales person was very good to work with and gave us a lot of ideas and feedback. Kept us up to date on installation times and dates. Installers showed up on time very professional and did an excellent job.

I recently used Oshawa Carpet when I renovated my home. Despite the short notice and contractors Mike was so helpful, bringing samples; accommodating my schedule and the installation was fast and done very professionally. Definitely recommend - you guys are great!!

We had the Oshawa Carpet One team provide service to us in the flooring selections of 3 homes. I visited the store many times where suggestions were given within my price range. I took many samples home. I would say they needed a degree of patience with me and they always were friendly and helpful. They were also more than willing to work with another Carpet One to arrange delivery of product to our relocated city.
I will actually miss them as we moved and this is our final retirement home! No more flooring required! Thank you to Mike, Cheryl, and Guy for service over a 6 year period!

Carpet One Oshawa was excellent through the whole process, Mike in sales provided excellent insight on our carpet options. They provided a wide variety of samples so that we made informed decisions. Installation was courteous, professional and on time. All told I would recommend Carpet One Oshawa with confidence to anyone.

I had a problem with my floor, but first the sales lady and crew came with a cleaning product to try to fix it and suggested management come. I think they should have cleaned it with this product, not left it to me!
When management came they cleaned it again and gave me some reasons why this dirt seemed to keep appearing. Unfortunately it's the type of flooring, my sister now told me if she'd known I was buying vinyl plank she'd have told me not to, she got rid of hers after only 18 months. I think the sales girl wanted to save us money from buying the engineered hardwood. Still not rid of the marks which I now think were made by smudging the glue around and it's not yet off; however, I'll keep washing like they said and see what happens, it is somewhat better and shows more at certain times of the day, depending on how the light hits it. This floor shows everything !
I also didn't like the piece to join one floor to another, so they happily replaced it for me and then they gave me another special by finishing the edges of a left over piece of carpet, to make an area rug. It's from the upstairs which is beautifully done, I love my new carpet.

Can't say enough good things. Ended up renovating our entire house and putting new floors down throughout. Carpet one was amazing, helping us with honest reviews and recommendations based on our needs and preferences, patience while we made decisions with samples in home and providing us with an amazing installer whom was friendly, professional and experienced!
