Oshawa Carpet One Floor & Home 

I ordered service to replace the upstaris carpet install last August. Very happy with the result. They are very professional and very considerate. They tried to maximum use the matirials to reduce the cost by using advanced software.

We found the sales person to be very patient in listening to us and making numerous suggestions to us. We were very happy with the end result. The carpet was ready when they said it would be. Seeing as they had an employee who lived in our town they delivered the carpet to us free of charge.

Love the new hardwood installed on the floors in the house. Thanks to Chelsea for her expertise.
Also had the stairs done in hardwood. Had a few issues that Guy came out and took care of. Still not impressed with the finish on the stairs, too blonde looking and none of the wood grain pops or matches the color of the floors. Told that the color would darken in time, but so will the rest of the floors, so the stairs and floor will never be the same color, unless the stairs are sanded down and properly done to match the floors. My fault for not addressing this, just wanted my house put back together and finished. The lack of color on the stairs is so noticeable and annoying when people visit and ask why the stairs don't match the floors.
Apart from this, great customer service. Definitely would purchase the hardwood floors again, but I would think twice before having the stairs done.
Definitely would recommend to others.

They mixed up my order, I had one carpet for the hall, a second choice for family room, they switched the carpets, will never use them again.

We have rental properties and were looking for a new DEPENDABLE carpet place since our old one closed.
Ordered sale carpet and needed it in a rush. They guaranteed delivery date. We confirmed 2 days prior and everything ok. They called one day prior and said carpet in U.S!
We were forced to purchase their 'in-house' carpet which was inferior knowing we had no choice time-wise.
They are liars! It was the classic bait and switch!
We have rental properties and were looking for a new DEPENDABLE carpet place since our old one closed. IT WON'T BE THEM!!

Very friendly staff, eager to help, good knowledge of their products, very conscious of helping customers keep to their budget lines and are able to visualize what a customer is wanting.

It is extremely rare that I give the top mark for anything, but I honestly cannot think of anything negative about our experience with Carpet One. From beginning to end, nothing but good service, professionalism and excellent work. Carpet One went way beyond anything I ever expected.

I went to carpet one for bathroom flooring. I was unsure what I wanted or what products would be the most appropriate. The team at carpet one was very knowledgable and gave me the pros and cons on a number of products. They helped me pick samples and load them into my car. Once I chose my flooring they were very prompt with the installation date. The installer that came out to our home was friendly polite and respectful to our home. He worked quickly and cleanly and ensured we were happy with the floor before he left. I would absolutely recommend carpet one and I will absolutely be seeking their services when I redo other floors in my home.
