Hi, been buying for years from them i contacted them about odd tooth to hard to sharpen oregon chain he did not believe me was not interested just found out new owners not helpfull

Ordered again from this company. Website excellent in helping to choose right chains and bars. Order arrived within 24 hours. Excellent.

This company has recently changed hands. The old company service was second to none. New owners rubbish. We purchase 100's of chains a year. I ordered three small chains today (04/02/21) and paid by credit card only to be rang later in the day to be told that the agreed price was to be doubled from £5.00 and is now £10.00. + postage. Items required are on eBay at around £7.00. including postage. These people are amateurs in a professionals world. Avoid and don't waste your time.....

The staff and management of chains direct are really helpful and know what I need every time phone and normally have the chains delivered to n.ireland the next day fast and friendly service. Great value for money.

The Katanaboy was offered at a very good price and was delivered within 24 hours (Even though it was ordered half an hour after the postal cut off time). Postage was free and the product was very well packed. The website is very informative.
