Clinique Avis 

Normally great service from Clinique, on this occasion though it couldn’t get any worse.
Ordered a few products for my wife, 11 days later with no communication from EVRI the courier I attempted to contact EVRI without success. I then opened a live chat with Clinique who brushed me off saying your parcel is with EVRI. Three live chats later with promises of callbacks, emails and contacting EVRI I was no further forward. Another live chat and to my surprise my order was refunded. Such a shame Clinique took the easy root out of this situation, it was the goods I wanted.

Very bad product. Got a sample as a birthday present. The product was bad, cream had some black parts inside. Customer service is very bad as well.

Ordered on the 5th, still waiting. A handful of really great products, a terrible site and slow delivery... hence I try to find comparable products elsewhere

Would buy for sure if it wasn’t so overpriced

I have loved Clinique but it is hard to give feedback Plus I was given a gift as I purchased two products - I decided to buy a second product due to the good gift. However the gift was in a big part that was half full-Due to the plastic base bottom starting half way up the plastic circular container Rather than at the bottom. Very misleading and fraudulent I would say.

Awful! Ordered a product on Sunday. Despatched Wednesday with the dreaded Evri and what a surprise the parcel is delayed as usual. Called customer service at Clinique to cancel order but told by a very snotty woman that I would have to wait a week for a refund. Absolute rubbish service - why do you insist on using this dreadful company?

I was advised by a lady in Boots on day and night creams which she said would suit my skin! I even purchased the eye cream that she recommended.
£175.00 later i thought i had found something to help with the lines under my eyes but all this cream does is make my skin greasy! I can’t believe it I’m gutted 😞

Today,31st March,I was served by the lovely Amy in Boots,Westfield,Stratford. She is a charming young lady who is efficient and friendly and who affords me the time in selecting my product. A credit to Clinique.

Delivery time is ridiculous.
Purchased for my mum over 5 days ago and still not out for delivery.
I won't order again.
A company of this size this should be out for delivery within 24hrs.
Talk about slacking and loosing customers , even a 12 Yr old could organise this company better.

This company should be held accountable because of many creams that cause severe allergies, I won't post pictures of my face but I'm totally disappointed, and I don't recommend buying from them, the products are so expensive and the consistency is changed with the same ones the cream is not always the same consistency, I received as a gift a set of creams and serum from Clinique a while ago, I used different creams but I did not suffer from such an allergy, at first I was not convinced that it was from this cream, then I did a the break and when I started again I suffered the same, red blisters came out all over my face and it was eating me up enormously. The cream I'm allergic to is called: Dermatically different moinsturizing lotion emulsion hydratante tellemente differente. Now I'm left with money in the wind and with health problems, my face is swollen and the cream has a specific smell, I want to mention that I'm not the first, I've heard a lot of girls who have allergies from clinical creams, I mention that I know comments rarely, now I wrote so that other girls don't go through my experience, by the way, before using the cream I used some small monsters from this cream that I had received in the Boots store in Stratford, and I didn't have an allergy, but when I applied the purchased cream they appeared, so it seems that there is something else in the monster, but, totally dissatisfied!!! Such an expensive company for products and such big problems you can have!!!

I purchased Clinique eye make remover with a twist and turn bottle top which is impossible to open the first Clinique product I’ve ever bought and will be my last an expensive bottle that won’t open !! if I cannot get to the product it is useless and I’ve tried and tried to open it and no one can a design fault don’t waste your money.

I first started using Moisture Surge following cancer treatment. It was the only product that saved my dry skin.The lovely lady was so confident with the product, she said she would refund if it didn't work. It did!! So I have used.It for 8 years until cancer returned . This time my skin was even drier...then I saw Dramatically moisturiser. Wow..I have been using it for 6 weeks and my skin looks great. I have my confidence back.Thank you Clinique!

I would rate 0 if there was an option. I have used Clinique for over 40 years and have ordered numerous times in this website with repeat problems. Both times, as a Genius member on Smart Rewards, I have not received free next day delivery despite them promising such on their website in black and white. I phoned and instructed them to issue another package when over a week had passed and still no parcel. I was met with an arrogant and ignorant individual whom, when I informed him was breaking the Consumer Rights Act law, still did not take my instruction for a replacement order. They all have different answers lying their way out of their commitments viz. you were too late for free next day delivery (ordered online on Sun, surely common sense would tell you it then gets sent free next day on Mon)?? It defaults to standard delivery?? You should have chosen next day at checkout?? That isn't free next day delivery mate do you're wrong! More concerningly is that they actually day to customers in the phone that they have sent it and that's their contract fulfilled!!! GET A MANAGER INTO MY CASE IMMEDIATELY YOU USELESS INDIVIDUALS!!!

I have been trying to order through the Clinique.co.uk website for about 4 weeks now and the items sit in my shopping basket but I cannot add to the order or check it. It also won't let me sign in to finish the order. I wanted to use the website to make life easier not more complicated.

Have been trying to order online for months now but I can't log in to my account or access my basket, I'm just ending up on whatever page that's on their first. Their reply to this was, in December, that they had some issues with the website but I could phone them and place my order??!! No thank you, I prefer placing my order online. I've not been able to get any of the offers since before December. Since they can't deal with the website problem I can't order anything. 😠😠😠

Evri made a delivery error and Clinique sorted it out quickly.

Sadly, Clinique UK is preventing me from continuing to use this wonderful product. Since 2010, I have been using Clinique products. My first experience with them was in Rome, Italy, where I was able to walk into any shop and pick up what I needed. My nightmare began when I moved to England in 2015. It became increasingly difficult to purchase Clinique products online or in a store. During my two years abroad in Montreal, Canada, things improved. As a genius member entitled to next day delivery, I was able to place an order online and receive it without a hitch. Now that I'm back in the UK, I've literally had trouble finding Clinique products for the last couple of years. In contrast to Amazon, Clinique UK uses the most incompetent delivery company in the universe. This company's mission is definitely not to provide the best customer service in the universe...I never know when or if my orders will arrive. In fact, Clinique UK strives to make its customers' lives difficult. There is no concern about the satisfaction of its customers, otherwise they would make returns, cancellations, and deliveries easy. Unfortunately, they don't.

I ordered goods on 6th November which came while I was at work so it got sent back to clinique.
I requested a refund, I waited ages but nothing came. Got in touch apparently system failed and it didn't go through in which time I accumulated charges as I assumed the money had been refunded.
I have requested them to pay these charges as their system failed, but apparently its not down to them I need to speak to my card issuer to resolve it ? Really !! Best buy a crystal ball 🔮
My advice is don't use them. Go elsewhere as customer services take ages to answer and when they do they don't want to listen.
The price of their goods they should have more concern for how their customers are treated.
I certainly won't use them again.

Terrible online experience with Clinique. Ordered a Xmas gift and they were quick to take payment but I never got a confirmation email so I contacted them. They advised that there had been a "technical error", my order hasn't gone through and they would refund my money. They said if I still wanted the product I would have to place another order. I'm still waiting on this refund despite following it up with them and it has now been a month. Won't shop with them again either online or in person.

i purchased from clinique .co.uk online on 28/11/22.
Called customer service a few times and they said it might be on the way . The last time I called on 8/12/22, they said they will reship.. Today is 27/12/22, I still have not recived my order . This company is a scam company .
