Cocktail Crates Avis 

Great excitement opening the cocktail crate. Beautifully presented. Never had Bramble Cocktail before. Really liked it. Hubby happy with the Long Island Tea choice. I found the Bramble Cocktail too sweet so my next mix will be adjusted to my taste. This is a first class quality product.

Very poor service. Paid for express delivery (2-3 days) for a cocktail set and arrived 6 days later. Tried emailing, Facebook and instagram but no response whatsoever. Set was for a present that wknd and in end had to buy another gift. Very disappointed. I would recommend they get a telephone number to deal with this type of enquiries . To date still nobody has got back to me!!!

The customer service from these guys are second to none and the packaging is gorgeous! I accidentally ordered two and got in touch to ask for one to be cancelled - which they did, even after it had left their warehouse. When the one I had bought actually did arrive, I had received some horrible news and needed to send it back as I would no longer need it for what I was celebrating. They were so generous, they let me keep the box for free and gave me a full refund!!! The drinks themselves are gorgeous and the packaging - as I say - is beautiful. Will be using again!!!!

Items very well packed and box but found the rest, pretty average. Bought two boxes, by their measurements there was not enough of the spirits to do two glasses never mind 4. So in theory I paid £40.00 for two cocktails. Had alot of cocktail kits at home, this was by far the most expensive and very underwhelming. Wouldn't buy again, could get all of the ingredients for less in a supermarket.

The price for the kit was extremely high especially because it was non-alcoholic. I bought it as a gift for my son for his birthday and you had to provide most of the ingredients and all of tools for yourself. The only thing actually included were two bottles of fruit juice some little bottles of lime cordial, some sugary water, a small tin of coconut milk and a little bottle of grenadine syrup
And I paid for express shipping to get it here on time it still came two days late even though I paid £3 extra and this whole kit being priced at £40 is absolutely ridiculous. I could source all of these products at home but less than half the price, but the mocktails were quite nice and the box it came in was great. It’s quite a nice experience if you’re a billionaire.

£45 is also way to expensive for what i got

Ordered this for my husband and me for a valentines activity. Mocktail option was great as im pregnant, he just added a bit of vodka to his 😂 . Arrived in a really nice box and instructions were easy to follow. We had a lot of fun doing them and they tasted great!!!
