Not recommended.
I only asked a question to confirm my arrival time.
I did not request any change, yet I was told to pay a £20 “admin fee”.

This was not clearly stated at the time of booking.
Based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue rather than a one-off mistake, be careful with them, safe you money and stress

If i could give 0 stars I would. When I picked vehicle up it was stinking in the back (why would they use the back seats?) Big muddy footprints on the back carpet. 2 bottles of expensive perfume i had left in the center bit of car went missing. I have tried to raise complaints and keep being fobbed off. Parked nov 6th been calling and emailing daily still no joy. Avoid at all costs

Totally unprofessional and poor service at most levels. Firstly they sent a link to drop off location that was incorrect. Had to phone to get directions to the most inappropriate location on a rocky terrain located farm. They charged an extra £14 which was not mentioned on the initial booking.
They were two hours late on return costing me to mis a friends birthday celebration and charged double at the venue for being late.
Avoid this service as its cheap for a reason.

I had a very disappointing experience with this airport car park company. I used the meet and greet service, and upon returning to my car, I found that all change had been stolen from my vehicle. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of trustworthiness. I would not recommend this service to others!

This company is a total SCAM!!!

I wish I'd listened to wish words "if it looks too good to be true - it usually is". The price was the best around.

More fool me. Even the name of the website should have been a bit of a giveaway but the real red flag came with the confirmation email that looked like it was written by a child! I did my due diligence on the company (Though too late obviously) and my concerns were confirmed. Dodgy doesn't do it justice, a 3rd party with false claims on its website, fees ommited and the single worst customer service experience to date.

I contacted them as soon as the red flags started rising with a view to cancel with much back and forth since. They sent me a cancellation message two weeks after the parking was due to take place but trying to get any money out of them is like trying to draw blood from a stone.

I think what they are doing is tantamount to fraud and they need to be reported by each of us. In fact a collective law suit against them would probably be the best bet.

If this review stops one person making the mistake I did, that's something. In the meantime I'm going to do everything I can to seek retribution from the scandalous excuse of a company.

These should not be able to trade at Bristol airport. We were a day late. Paid the £20 twice and they will not respond to emails to refund. Made it very hard to communicate. Now they are ignoring my emails. Car took 45 minutes to arrive. Was dirty. Foot marks in rear Not happy. On their own site reviews are 5 star. This is fraud. Wish I’d checked here

DO NOT USE BRISTOL meet and greet

They drive your vehicle whilst you are out of the country clocking up 136 miles and parking on RED lines in airport the day after you have flown out.

Still fighting the parking fine as vehicle taken without my consent

You agree for them to drive the car to and from secure parking ONLY not use the car use a runner car or delivery for fast food

Disgusting company. Did not tell me about the additional charge to drop off and collect my vehicle. One hour time to collect my vehicle I was told I’d have to wait 40 minutes even though the car park was virtually empty. I of course moaned about this and as a result of it they punished me and made me wait over an hour for my car even though I just had surgery and I told them I was suffering with anaemia and had fainting episodes. They left me outside in the freezing weather waiting for my car for an hour, simply because I moaned. Do not book this company at all disgusting company disgusting morals. Because I moaned they gave a guy that came 30 minutes after me his car was five minutes and continue to leave me there. I saw airport security and told them that this company was virtually stealing my car at this point and the young Asian guy ran from the security guard which again is not professional. In fact Luton do not know at all that this company are operating from their short stay car park and I sincerely hope they stop them soon.

The site is a SCAM.I wished I had read TRUSTPILOT about them before booking. The transportation charges appear after you pay the parking fee. I will take them to small claims court not only because of the doggy deal but because the agent assured me that I will be fully refunded over the phone.

Absolute garbage. Waited just on an hour for the car at the pick up after a 8 hour flight. Told lies a number of times on the phone to exacerbate the issue. I’d pay the little bit extra for a decent service. In other words, avoid like the plague or be majorly disappointed

They are thieves, pure and simple. Parked my car with them whilst I went away to work. On the way to the airport I had stopped at Smyths toys and brought a paw patrol fire truck for my Sons 2nd birthday. The truck was £80 and very difficult to get hold of because they are being discontinued.

When I picked the car up today the fire truck was missing. This thing is huge, like 2 ft long so it hasn't been misplaced, someone associated with this company has stolen it. When I called the company they didn't want to know at all and couldn't have been any less helpful. Classic deflection tactics.

And they kept using my car in ULEZ zones getting me fines and they left it in a mess with half eaten food packs. Disgusting company, disgusting people

Under no circumstances should you give this company the keys to your vehicle. We waited just under an hour to collect and when we got our vehicle the glove compartment and all storage areas in the van had been ransacked and gone through and thrown around the floor. Lottery tickets we had had been checked, crumpled up and left on the floor. When trying to speak to their operatives, it was ‘nothing to do with them’. You also get charged between £7-40 for where they pick up and drop off, and when dropping the car off because they took 30 minutes we had to pay £40. Under no circumstances should you use this company.

I would not use this company again even if it was free.

I made a complaint and am yet to get a response. I also asked them the name of the company who actually did my meet and greet and they are yet to tell me! When I called the ‘office’ of the ‘company’ who were doing my meet and greet I was told by the guy on 2 different calls 2 different company names. Something isn’t right! When I google the office number of this ‘company’ nothing even comes up. So it seems they find the customers and pass them on to random ‘companies’.

The company also left my car filthy - covered in mud on drivers side.

1. When we returned to our car another family had loaded their luggage into the boot and thought this was their transfer vehicle.
2. The driver had left the key in the vehicle and the unknown family and gone back to his car park. Leaving the vehicle for anyone to take.
3. Our new Lexus has damage to the lower section of the front passenger door.

I paid for parking through this website and got a parking ticket two weeks after my holiday, avoid at all costs it is a scam and not legitimate!!

We booked airport parking through this site and was told to meet them in the short stay. Drove to the airport and paid £7 for the short stay parking fee, no one turned up and there was no answer on the number we called. We were there for 40 minutes, absolutely nothing and could not get hold of anyone. Eventually we got hold of someone (after about an hour) and were told sorry we missed your calls we'll send a driver now. We asked what car to look for/reg plate and why they hadn't turned up they couldn't answer. At this point, we would have missed our flight had it been that night (fortunately we were staying over night at the airport). They agreed to a refund but it's been almost three weeks and no refund, not even an apology or explanation at no point has anyone even acknowledged the lack of service. No offer to refund the £7 short stay fee we paid. We ended up having to leave our car in bristol city centre and hope for the best. Do not trust this company.

I do not recommend. We were waiting to be taking from the airport ages. Never again ..

It is basically a scam, I booked with the parking that does not even exist, just a field somewhere. They refused to refund

We followed GLD1 Trading Limited process for the meet and greet “ call us when you’re 45 mins from the airport”, which we did. They informed us that we would be met outside the short term parking, and there would be someone to pick the car up. Nobody was there so we called them a number of times (our call log supports this) when we arrived. We had to find alternative parking ( the only option we had was the use the Bristol Airport multi story car park) as it was getting late and we didn’t want to miss our flight. ONE HOUR LATER after they said they would be there, we got a call to say they were there to pick the car up. Too late we were in the departure lounge. The cost of them not being there was £370 for 7 days in the multi story car park plus the original parking charge £74. On our return I call and they said the manager would call us back to discuss. 4 days later not call so I decided to write a review to warn others DO NOT USE THEM.

Meet & greet never again..

Very unprofessional, car returning with muddy footprints on both sides of the rear footwells and on the passenger side.. They told me to pay £14 for the exit.
It's a shame that photos can't be added here, but I still have them on my phone..
Don't use those scammers!!!!!!!
