I ordered a star for my wife and still haven't received the certificate in the mail. Its been well over the 15 days I was told I'd wait. I even got the constellation poster I bought and still no star cert. I've called the number and had no luck. I submitted a claim stating I haven't received what I paid $70 for. Very upset that my wife's anniversary present hasn't arrived

The young gentleman Jeff Moore was very helpful in helping me order my star for my son in-law. He was outstanding and very pleasant to deal with. He's a keeper. And I have recommended to you guys to a few people. Thank you again

This company is the best in customer service and the pricing is very reasonable. This is a great birthday gift. I can’t believe how quick it was to get my Certificate. I received my Star framed in a gift-wrap and was happy as a child.

Terrible customer service. Nobody responds to emails, the phone goes to voicemail or a busy signal. Furthermore I paid for a star and never actually received any information or confirmation!

Poor customer service. I would like to change the method to "Last minunte gift" and tried to contact with their customer service, there were nobody responds even I called the phone number. Their cancellation and refund policy is like a trap, if the customer want to make something change they will never respond back with in a hour which past they time limitation already!!!!!!!!!

I was very panicked because I entered some wrong info when I ordered. However; I contacted Cosmonova and the customer service dept. walked me through how to track my package and I was able to find it. It was delivered to the right place and it was awesome and beautiful!! I love it!! Thank you!!

I had a great experience with this company. The delivery was quick, and the contents were incredibly high quality. My only gripe is that I named a binary star and the certificate doesn't reflect that, either through proper grammar or through it being directly mentioned. Other than that though I love it!

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. It was led Star Map gift pack, not cheap but I wanted to gift my husband something special for our 10th anniversary. To say I was surprised would me an understatement. It's gorgeous. I've never seen such wonderful and so deep gift before.

If I could rate this lower I would. Worst experience of my life customer service everything I've paid 15 plus dollars on top of my original order and still haven't received anything I've went through issues with the US postal office and everything. On top of that the customer service was not nice emails back and forth I asked them repeatedly to help me they said they were there and willing to help no matter what and it would seem to be an inconvenience. I went with a different company and receive my order within 7 days. I ordered from this company in May and have nothing.
