Cosmonova Avis 

I did not receive a tracking number with either of the emails sent to me by cosmonova.org after my purchase. It sent to expect my package from 3-8 business days. It has been 8 days and still nothing. I've tried to online chat cosmonova once and email them twice for their assistance with tracking the status of my purchase, and still have NOT received a response from them. But yet, they have had time to send me 3 emails asking for me to rate them.

On another note, they cut off my sentence before it was complete so now I have an incomplete sentence permanently printed on my certificates. That is, if I ever receive them!! One last concern. The first time I visited the website, they were offering a promo code that definitely lowered the price and what enticed me to go with registering a star through cosmonova. But when I visited the website a week later to make my purchase, no prono code was offered! All I would like to know is when will my purchase arrive. I was willing to let the price and misprint go, but right now I am very "NOT SATISFIED"! Thank you.

Okay, so I purchased a star and paid extra to get a certificate mailed to me. An e-mail sent saying that it would be sent within 3 days. It’s now been a week and a half and there has not been a single other email giving updates.

It was not clear how the order would be delivered. I expected a package to be delivered in the mail for my granddaughter to be able to open on her birthday. I got an email saying it was delivered digitally only and I could download it. That’s not what I wanted. I am dissatisfied with this.

Delivery is really slow and customer service was really slow and bad too

I wanted to get my little brother something special for his birthday and since he loves everything that has to do with space, I thought what better gift than his own star! I searched for the best deal and cosmonova.org totally satisfied me; it's a reasonable price and the designs are beautiful. Needless to say, my brother was super psyched about the gift and now he goes on about how he can land his intergalactic space ship on his very own safe haven.

I bought a star from the Taurus constellation for my Mom on her birthday. We have this thing of calling each other "my star" and this time I named a star after her. The detail made her so happy and made me realize that we put so much value over material stuff. I'm very happy that sites with so much creativity as Cosmonova exists.

Happy with package except the star map. You can only see a black page, no stars shown until you enlarge to the size of a wall! Beautiful package if I could find the star on the map with coordinates.
