OMG did not receive PDF documents Pls tell me why Fraudulent consumer

I am a Chinese user, your service is very good, I hope you can use the email to inform me when your APP is online. Thank you very much.

I love the certificate and the star map as well as the option to write a little something on the star map. So excited to get the hard copy in the mail!

Well it’s been 3 days since my order and still no order confirmation email. I get this review email before my order had even been fulfilled/satisfied. So far it’s a 1 star as it is starting out bad. I hope they surprise me and the order shows up on time. Other reviews aren’t giving me much confidence at this point. Should have done more research before purchasing.

I never received my physical copy THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR!! Would definitely not suggest this website, I feel as though I’ve been scammed. I’ve tried to reach out to them to get my physical copy, and they haven’t replied to a single email of mine, and their posted phone number doesn’t work.

It’s been over 2 weeks I still have not received my order

I loved the work they did, however only one of the things I bought came framed.

My girlfriend was elated with her birthday gift and posted it on Facebook ... ;)

Well i still haven't received it. your email says its at the post office and the post office cant seem to find it yes i can download it but thats not what i was expecting this was for a 8 year old little girl who's dad died on 7/10 and now its almost six weeks later she looks at the strs every night for him this is and was important live and learn

Took 3 days when its suppose to take an hour.

It’s pretty easy & very worthable.

The service was fast, I got the product in time and everything was according to my order. What I liked about cosmonova was the availablity of several options of certificate designs (all of them look great) and an option to order a .pdf file if a customer is in a rush. Overall, would recommend for anybody who is struggling to find a present for a loved one =)

Wasn't sure of this website at first, but has good policies and package came delivered very cleanly and carefully, nothing bent or wonky. Shipping took several days longer than expected, but did arrive within a week and a half. Overall, would purchase again.

Horrible customer service...i placed an order on may 22nd 2019 and on the site it stated that it would be delivered within 10 to 12 buisness days...it us now june 22nd 2019 still nothing. Sent emails nothing...thanks for ruining the birthday gift..now i must scramble to get something else. Your customer service is horrible...

This is my anniversary gift from my husband. It was easy to order and it’s amazing! I definitely recommend this to anyone!

I bought the certificate but haven‘t received for more than one month. I sent many emails to you. But you haven’t answer any. I just want to you to check where is my certificate. Your attitude makes me unhappy.
