One of my two frames that I ordered came cracked. The glass frames were shipped in the unpadded Tyvek envelope.

I say one of two, because I put in a double order accidentally, and I tried to cancel Immediately after I placed the order, but nobody ever responded to my request for cancellation.

The reason I provide two stars is because the one thing that I did receive in good condition looks very nice.

I ordered a star in lieu of flowers for a memorial. Ordering was simple & the option to obtain the Cert the same day was nice. Affordable. The down side was personalizing the cert. It was very hard to determine the characters allowed for the format as there isn’t a count or print preview, therefore mine came out unjustified. Also, the map grid after I printed it was extremely light to the point where I could barely see the marked star so that was a little disappointing.

The after sale service is very good.
Answer my questions in time.
Hope you have more such creative and interesting products!

Purchased and never received. Contacted company numerous times with no follow up.

It took a long time to arrive and when it finally did, the registration date of the star was cut off the paper..... Great quality paper and all and I did love how it all turned out, but to me it's u acceptable that the registration date was cut off........ Maybe I should have just printed it myself instead of paying extra for shipping and all that.... Disappointed :/

I had purchased a star certificate for my boyfriend for our first Valentine’s Day together. He unfortunately lost his job, he kept the certificate in his office, and was unable to get it due to them starting to remove things. I contacted the company and they answered almost immediately! They are replacing the certificate, free of charge! And gave condolences for losing his job lol. What a wonderful company!! Absolutely amazing service 10/10 recommend!
