Worst Conveyancing Solicitors I have ever seen and third world service. Before I could even begin the actual process, they messed up my onboarding documents. The purchase was the wrong address and to make matters worse the sales address was also wrong. This despite the firm having my sales memorandum from the estate agent. They did not even spot their own mistake. When I asked them to amend it, there was no urgency for such a basic school boy error. I kept getting emails notifying me of my to do list with no corrections edited. Even worse they said I would have to pay just one filing fee, but when I got the documents there are two filing charges. This sums up why England and the UK is now a third world nation. Anybody can do this job and they use paralegals not even actual qualified conveyance solicitors to do the work. No wonder such basic errors are made. No compensation to add insult to injury. Thankfully I never submitted the filing fees, got out before they could scam me and going to another firm.

If I could give a zero star I would. My experience of this company has been horrendous from start to finish. A straight forward sale and purchase was made so difficult with a total lack of urgency or competency. When we complained to a Supervisor regarding our Conveyancer we were met with aggression, lack of interest and an appalling manner. This company made our experience a nightmare. Avoid at all costs and find anyone else but these!!!

Well organised, good feedback, familiar with our case throughout the process, which was extended by our buyer losing their first buyer along the way.

Very disappointing communication throughout the early stages of my transaction. I received very few updates and often felt unclear about what, if anything, was happening with my case.

I was also disappointed to discover that my matter had been allocated to a conveyancer rather than a solicitor, as this hadn’t been made clear to me when I instructed the firm. My interactions with the team didn't give me any confidence that my purchase would be handled proactively or that communication would improve as the transaction became more complicated.
I have therefore decided to instruct another firm. Buying a property is stressful enough, and the lack of communication at such an early stage made me concerned about how the later stages of the purchase would be managed. Spoke to an 'Oliver' who was extremely rude and shockingly we were told to go to someone else anyway and that the £198 collected at the start is for "opening the file". I imagine I will have a fight on my hands to get this money taken for doing nothing - but I'll make sure to escalate this as high as it'll go.
