My original frame took awhile to arrive, but when it did, it arrived damaged. I was pleasantly surprised that the frame arrived already assembled, however, one corner was chipped, probably due to shipping. The frame itself is beautiful and solid. Through a few e-mails back and forth, I was ultimately sent a new frame at no charge. I was very happy with the frame. I did have to supply my own hardware to hang it. But I am pleased with the final outcome and thought it was a fair price.

This company may be a scam. This isn’t a frame - it’s four pieces of low quality composite woodesque material that can’t even be assembled. There are no instructions. I spent $500 and got nothing and there is no customer service.

I ordered a large custom picture frame a couple weeks ago and received it today. I ordered it during the fake 45% off sale that seems to just be going on all the time and it came to $340 after taxes for a 44" X 83" "maple" frame without hardware. I hate woodworking so I didn't mind paying more for someone else to just build it for me.

When I received it and got it all unpacked it was very clear that this is just cheap pine or spruce lumber and is extremely fragile & soft. It comes disassembled as advertised and is joined together with small plastic clips, the fitment is very tight which is good but since the wood is so fragile a number of the clip grooves blew apart trying to put it together. I assembled it with wood glue so it will hold but with a better clip design this could have been avoided.

I can't help but feel this is really terrible value considering it's really about $30 worth of cheap softwood lumber, zero included hardware and poorly designed plastic clips.

The guy who helped me, Vafa Rohani, really made a difference in my experience. I had a couple hiccups, some of it my fault, but Vafa didn't make me feel bad or stupid, and helped find a solution to my problem. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the end product, and he said it was the priority from the get-go, and I now believe him.

I recently purchased 4 frames, 3 different sizes, they arrived promptly and well packaged but when opened every frame had at least 1 corner with a gap large enough to see light through.

I immediately took photos and sent them to customer service. They responded within 48 hrs and said they would replace the frames.

New frames arrived within 2 weeks. This time perfect.
Very happy with quality once joining issue was fixed.

I had researched the cost of the same size frames from Michael’s and a few other suppliers and Custom Frames Canada was cheaper.

My only suggestion to Custom Frames would be to be a little more proactive on quality checking before frames leave warehouse. Saves having to redo and reship.

I have used them before and never had issues, so this is why I give 5 stars.

Not worth the price. Does not come with glass... What am I supposed to do with 4 sticks? I ordered a picture frame for a very large price. Also, the frame borders said made in Brazil on them. This is not manufactured in Canada. I complained to customer support and they didn't even respond.

Needed some frames for a gallery wall and the customer service was very helpful. Frames arrived in good condition. Will order again in future.

I was happy to find this Canadian solution as my required frame was an odd size and these frames are so much cheaper than using a custom framing service. I received timely updates on my order and my frame arrived completely assembled as I'd requested on my order which was a bonus.

Very happy with the frame I ordered. It arrived and looked exactly as described and was the perfect size I needed. I will use them again for future framing I need done.

Website is misleading. They helped me afterwards and gave me a discount but seemed like they were trying to charge me too much again when I asked questions. I think it would be beneficial to sell complete frames as well as just the wood part of it.

Great frames, easy assembly and great final appearance. Awesome to finally have my paintings and prints all beautifully framed and on my walls for display. Great customer service and solved my issues quickly and professionally.

I wish I could rate them lower. Everything on their website is super misleading and their customer service is terrible!!! It's been over a month and I am still waiting for a refund for the items I sent back (that I had to pay for myself). I have not heard from anyone for weeks and when I do hear from them they just say "you will receive it shortly, thank you for your patience"

Misleading advertising on their website. You think you are ordering a custom frame and then they send you pieces of just the frame (no backing or laminate cover!) just 4 sticks in a box for $140. Then when you ask for help they claim they are transparent about this. THEY ARENT. Its incredibly misleading. Then the refuse to refund shipping and charge 30% for restocking. Imagine paying 140 for a custom frame and its subpar quality, in pieces and you dont get all the pieces! A waste of time and money.

I was so excited to order Canadian, but it's not worth it. Super confusing process, terrible customer support, I'm still waiting on parts to arrive and all their customer support team does is gaslight you. Would love to have ordered from anywhere else. Save yourself.

Company isn't Canadian, shipped from Texas. Item was very poor quality, arrived broken and they stopped communicating with me after I supplied all requested photos

Parts were missing, we sent an email, there was no response, we called (all agents are busy right now helping other customers) left a message, they never called back.

The quality of the frame is good, and it looks nice, but I found the pricing a tad high compared to other custom framing services I’ve used in the past, but maybe this was the frame i picked out. I don’t mind paying more for quality, but for the cost, I was expecting something a little more premium. It’s a decent option, but I may shop around before placing my next order. Also my frame arrvied from the US, wasn't thrilled about that. But they did tell me they are a Canadian company with US warehouses.

We got our frame from Custom Frames Canada shipped to us within a timely manner. The frame dimensions and size was as described and of high quality. It was also easy to assemble and only took minutes. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of framing.
