The price was high, but honestly the service was top, it was shipped as expected 10 days, and I received it even earlier.The frame was made of quality and the plexiglass was with no scratch at all, so that explains the price.Having custom frames to hang my hand made projects is a must.

Really happy with my frames. I found it super confusing though to understand the glass and backing part... I know it's detailed on the website but I didn't quite get it. I do think if the frames and the glass were sold as a package option, rather than having to order separately, I would have bought the glass and they would have been perfect, but as they are, I'm pretty happy and I'm too lazy to order the glass.

I really like these frames and the delivery has been great as has the packaging, however, on one delivery (out of 6 or so) one framed arrived damaged with a large chip out of it and this is despite the fact the frames are always packed very well. Because of this damage I am awarding 4 stars that would have been 5 stars without the damage. I highly recommend these frames!

I was very Excited to order a frame for my mirror. But when I received the frame it was not what I expected it is cheap and flimsy and not worth the price I paid even with the spring discount. Lunchbox let down! The Customer service is not very friendly or helpful, they said to return the frame there is a 30% disposal fee. And the shipping fee to return the item is the same amount as the cost of the frame. It’s not worth keeping it and it’s not worth returning it. I’m a very disappointed customer. I will not be buying from this site in the future.

They forgot to send the fixtures. I had to ask for them. They arrived a week later

Exactly what I was expecting. Perfect condition, perfect size and reasonable price

I was given the name of this company by an artist friend who had previously purchased frames. She was very surprised to learn that the two frames came in 8 pieces, not put together, they were not square and required sooo much work for someone to get the painting in the frame and then had to caulk and paint the corners as they did not fit. The frame seemed more like plastic.She will never recommend again and nor will I.

The frame was chipped, the corners were off. The frame was excellent quality but the fit and finish was subpar.

I ordered three frames in two orders. First order didn’t arrive until after second order that I placed over the phone when asking about first order. Oversized frame did not have back clips and one plexiglass frame cracked. Also two orders of accessories were not included in shipment I emailed and a response was provided immediately. The accessories were sent out promptly however the clips were too small to hold the art and foam board in place. When I emailed to ask about this And the missing wire shown in online photo. I was just told to try and put them in on an angle. This does not solve the issue to hold them in place. The wire wasn’t included because of the size of frames. Two frames were only two feet by three feet?

So easy to order and less expensive than local store. Looks great and arrived quickly

Evey order I've placed since late 2022, I've not received the hardware with the frame. It was only until of course, weeks later in a separate envelope (imagine a framed picture laying around because the hardware you've paid for, hasn't arrived yet) that it arrived. I was explained why this is the case; however, is not acceptable. Im looking into other options.
