I'm a D'Addario fan! I use plenty of their products for guitar (NYXL strings are the best I've ever tried)and now for drums with EVANS.
I needed some info about a product and the customer service not only answered in a short time but also solved my problem! Brilliant company and top quality products!

Great products (guitar strings and drum heads), they are my go to. And very good rewards program and customer support.

The customer support is really good and get back to you pretty quick and with daddario's players circle helps me get any other gear I may need with the points system, overall a great company with many great products for musicians.

Quality drum heads with the sound I desire on both my personal kits and the restoration projects I do. I especially like to put these on new students kits for the reason they are are so easy to tune, durable and great looking.

I ordered 3 sets of custom strings. The order went through both on their website and on my credit card.
I then received an email that my order was cancelled because my custom string set was rejected.
At this point the charge was still on my credit card, the order was still reflected on my account on their website and my players points had been deducted.

I had to ask if my order was in fact cancelled and if I'd be getting back my money and players points. I was told I would.
When I made the suggestion to revisit their policy of allowing purchases to be made before string sets are approved I was told that I agreed to the policy and that it's not their fault my bank is going to take a few days to refund the money.
So now I'm stuck with the original charge and 2 days of back and forth with customer service further delaying me getting my purchase.
This was handled poorly and despite multiple attempts to have them make this right they doubled down and blamed me and my credit card over them charging me for something they later refused to send me.

Top Notch Customer Service,fixed glitches to their website and player points system. Thank You to All at D'Addario especially Hailey a great customer service rep..

These are some pretty sturdy guitar strings. Clean articulate sound. Accurate intonation. Durable and hard to break. And the string life is really long when you leave guitars in the case with a quick wipedown/clean.

I had an issue with my account and their customer service rep had me up and running extremely quickly. Thanks for you help. By the way I always use D'Addario strings on my basses, nothing else comes close and I have tried them all.

Great products and even better service. I had an issue with a string that broke when I was installing it and I had a replacement in a day or two. Fantastic service.
