My favorite guitar strings! Anytime I've tried a different brand, my guitars feel and sound "off," so I always end up coming back. Any issues I've had shopping online with them were resolved by customer service in literal minutes.

Great communication, great strings, and on call communication is wonderful all around.

I use D'Addario Strings since the late 70's last century. And that time of using speaks for the quality of the strings. On all my recordings you can listen to the guitars playin that strings. It sounds so great.
And since a few years I'm a member of the Players Circle, that's a great tool to win some points to get some goodies from D'Addario. You just convey the code, that's given for every D'Addario Product you bought, and than you get some points, nearly 10 % of the value of your product. Good idea D'Addario!

D'Addario has the absolute best customer service that I have ever dealt with. They know how much musicians depend on their equipment, and the quality of the products are reflected in their honor to back up everything they manufacture to meet our rigorous needs.

The customer service department was very prompt in addressing my concern and responded within 12 hours. I addition, my concern was resoved in excellent fashion. It is a pleasure to deal with companies such as D'Addario that repsond quickly and resolve your issue quickly.

I recently had an issue with an Evans snare side head. I emailed D’Addario and in a day or two they answered. The email was from Hailey which asked me to send her make some information. I sent Hailey back the information and the next Hailey solved the issue. Thanks Hailey and everyone at D’Addario

D’Addario makes the best stick and drumheads best suited for marching band. Their Promark artist signature sticks are top notch compared to some other sticks offering great variety, feels, and tones you’re looking for in your playing. Evans Drumheads offer the best tonal and snappy heads for the high-tuning for a marching drum. Their practice pad have the be the best, and it is what I recommend to most people starting out. You can never go wrong with Promark or Evans.

I contacted D’Addario via email about removing an item I put in the cart to check on a price, but not see the remove button to remove this item. I received a prompt reply to my question as well as other questions I had about string recycling. They were quite detailed in their response and answered all of my questions completely. It is good to know that their businesses out there that actually read emails and response promptly with helpful information (as well as offering a great products).

Great customer service which is hard to find lately in the US. Products come and go- people that solve your issues with those products are what matters. This company knows how to treat its customers.

I have been using various accessories from D'Addario for both my electric and classical guitars, and they never disappoint. They are a highly trustworthy company with a real focus on customer needs.Their XT strings are phenomenal for tone and durability, but I also rely heavily on their other gear. The Micro Headstock Guitar Tuner is incredibly discreet and accurate, and the Humidipak system keeps my classical guitar perfectly protected. If you want a brand that listens to musicians and delivers consistent premium quality, D'Addario is the absolute best!

I had made my living repairing guitars and there is only one brand after 40 years I recommend and this it it .

I have been searching high and low for a neck strap for an 'out of the norm' instrument ...an ophicleide. The challenge has been finding one that is sturdy enough for an eleven pound instrument, but also able to adjust to a fairly short length (~18 inches). Steve fielded my question, and confirmed with his production team that a Rico Alto Sax strap would be strong enough to support the instrument. The strap arrived soon thereafter ...and it's Great! Superb strap construction, and a breeze to adjust! I am more than a satisfied customer ...I have a new company to do business with, and share with my musician friends.
