Daniella Roycroft was very help full and she offered me very good price plus added my spouse for free without hesitation. They used to not add spouse of the policy holder along to ago but they have change their policies and nowncan add your spouse which is great service for minicab drivers. I will happily do business again with them next time and bring my family friends to them in near future .....Thank you for your courtesy Daniella .

We were very happy with the service we received. we had a quote from DCL and when looked around we found a lower premium. Ciaran contacted us and when we explained that we have always been happy with DCL but with cost of everything we need to look at out budget. She came back within minutes and gave us a much lower premium.
Ciaran was very helpful and understanding.

First experience
First time dealing with DCL and Daniella Rycroft was super helpful and very easy to deal with.
Nothing seemed to much trouble and she did exactly what she promised she would do with regards to follow up emails etc.
I’ve spoken to 2 other representatives at DCL also and they were just as efficient as Danielle so on the whole I’m very happy with my experience of DCL so far.
