Super easy to navigate, And you’re one of the only places that carry my absolute favourite vitamin C serum! The EXUVIANCE 20% vitamin C capsules are so hard to find and I’m obsessed with the potency and how their package to protect it from oxidization. The box that said “Fragile” on it was…
The box that said “Fragile” on it was somewhat smashed……..everything was okay inside but come on!!!!!!! I spent a lot of money on that package and expected an intact box on delivery. There was glass involved. Please pay more attention to deliveries.

Still waiting on a refund from…
Still waiting on a refund from Dermstore when they sent one bottle of skincueticals vitamin c instead of the two that was supposed to be in a bundle. I have talked to four different customer service reps and they keep promising "three to five business days" and it has now been 13 since I returned the product. I pay for the product before receiving. They do not refund even after receiving the return.
