THE DERMSTORE HAS THE MOST INEPT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Dermstore customer service is the absolute WORST thing one should ever have to experience. THEY ARE BEYOND INEPT. My delivery took forever and then it was delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS and they insisted on sending me a replacement instead of just crediting me back. It had been such a long time waiting for my delivery that I purchased the product at another store. NOW I'M WAITING FOR MY REFUND! They received my return on 10/2/26 and when I sent them a message asking when I would be refunded I had to explain to them all over again that my return product was delivered to THEM (Not to me!!!) on 10/2. I will NEVER AGAIN ORDER A THING FROM THE DERMSTORE, EVER.

The website is not perfectly legible. I was ordering a low dose retinoid product and if I hadn't known about the lower dose from NYT Wirecutter column then I wouldn't have known to scroll (sideways) to find it. As a librarian and information scientist, I give website mediocre grade. Tough way to shop unless you know exactly what you want.
Also, checkout was ridiculous amount of "savings" deals tossed at me. None of them worth pursuing at all.
