The worst checkout CX ever. Kept retyping a wrong address and kept asking me to reenter my phone number when it is your software that kept adding brackets to my phone number. Get your act together.

No Care for Customers
I had a very bad experience with this platform and their customer service, or should I say customer disservice. after placing a very large transaction and immediately trying to get a resolution to cancel it, they refuse to help. They made up multiple excuses and did not even attempt to find a solution. I would not recommend buying anything from this platform. there’s plenty of other retailers with better customer service.
