Time for a Dermstore Breakup
I’ve ordered from Dermstore for years, but this experience was bad enough that I’m done.
They sent me another customer’s order instead of mine. Customer service told me I had to return the incorrect order before they would replace or refund mine, even though it was their fulfillment mistake. Which is a bad policy as I feel like a replacement should be sent with proof of not receiving your order.
Then they told me once I shipped it back and sent proof, they could request a replacement. I did that. Afterward they changed it and said I had to wait until they physically received the return.
They received it, and then ghosted me. I followed up over a day later, nothing. Let several more days pass, still nothing.
No replacement, no refund, no meaningful response. I followed up multiple times and eventually had to file a credit card dispute and BBB complaint.
Really disappointing customer service, especially from a company I had ordered from for years. Customer service was rude, non helpful and negligent.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! UK handles their returns but their warehouse is in California. I've been a loyal customer for over 10yrs and had to return 2 of their products nearly $300.00. I returned them via USPS in the same box. They would only refund 1 product for $145.17 because the other product hadn't arrived. Dermstore's phone numbers have been disconnected and I have to message them on their website. It's been nearly a month of frustration with NO resolution! To make matters worse, every response from the UK is a different person.

Dermstore was a very easy online…
Dermstore was a very easy online purchase process. My product arrived incredibly fast (2 days) and they included free pumps for the shampoo/rinse I bought and a great hair towel turban. The whole process was easy and fast. I like ordering direct as I know the product has not been tampered with. I highly recommend!
