Die Qualität der Poster ist gut, auch die Lieferzeit war akzeptabel.
Allerdings habe ich ein Poster ordnungsgemäß zurückgesendet und die Retoure bei Klarna angemeldet. Anschließend erhielt ich von der Firma die Rückmeldung, ich hätte ein falsches Poster zurückgeschickt. Dies habe ich umgehend per E-Mail klargestellt und darum gebeten, den Zahlungsbetrag entsprechend zu reduzieren.

Bis heute ist das nicht erfolgt. Stattdessen erhalte ich von Klarna weiterhin Zahlungsaufforderungen über den Gesamtbetrag. Das passt so nicht und ist sehr ärgerlich.
Hier besteht dringend Nachbesserungsbedarf – der Kundenservice ist leider grottenschlecht.

Har modtaget pakke med plakat der er ødelagt. Sendt besked med billeder til mail og prøvet at ringe men hele tiden med problemer telefon. Og chat med AI forstår ingenting.
Virkelig dårlig service.

Pakken kom når den skulle, kjøpte mange plakater og returnerte noen. Retur var enkel, effektiv og betalingen fra klarna ble oppdatert med en gang! Kjempefornøyd. Kommer nok til å handle flere ganger

Sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Kundenservice. Ein Tag abgelaufener Gutscheincode konnte nicht nochmal reaktiviert werden.
Es kommen per Mail nur standardisierte Nachrichten zurück. Das wird bei Konkurrenzanbietern deutlich persönlicher und kundenfreundlicher gehandhabt. Eigentlich immer gute Erfahrungen mit desenio gehabt aber der schlechte Kundenservice spricht nicht für das Unternehmen. Geld ist leider einfach weg.
