My partner had some old cine films from childhood days. Which she has always wanted to view. So as a birthday present I wanted to get them transferred to DVD. Being a bit sceptical about sending these treasured memories of I came across Digital Converters.
I placed an order online which was very simple and straightforward. They sent me a postal label.
They confirmed receipt of the films and said they could process them within 48 hours. And they were true to their word. They kept me updated with the process.
Sure enough 4 days later I received my disc and cine film back.
The disc brought back memories for her and thoroughly made her birthday- so thank you Digital Converters.

Like other customers I can’t praise Digital Converters enough. The ordering process was straight forward and didn’t hurry you even when I left the site for half an hour to check on dates of my VHS tapes of 30+ years. They acknowledged receipt of my parcel, told me they were working on them and of a couple that were in poor condition. Finally they told me they had posted them back and all within a week. My grown up children were so delighted to see and hear their father and aunties who have all passed away. Best money I have ever spent.

The service this company provide is excellent from the easy & free post both ways didn't have to write anything just a QR code scan at the post office or it can be collected from your home .
The sound has been cleaned up from the old tape that was not easy to hear transferred to a disc & stick now the sound is 10 times better & can hear every word . We are very pleased & the overall price was very low most definitely a real bargain worth every penny to hear my nan again is a great moment . The time was also quick & I was kept updated .

Used this company on recommendation. Was a bit worried as I had to send off 12 vhs cassettes that contained my children early childhood and also mine. What a fantastic company, professional, friendly and kept in touch always to let me know they’d received them and when they were in their way. It’s wonderful to now look back at years gone by on my tv!! Highly recommended. If you have any old cassettes laying about just get them done. The only sad thing is that you look back and see how the world has changed with screens!!

I am 79 and not at all tech savvy. My order was a little complicated, in that I only had a few feet of VHS tape that was loose and not in a cassette. I called Digital Convertors to see if they could help. Of course they could! A very helpful member of their team talked me through it, I sent it in and four working days later I have a very precious memory on DVD and stick.
An unbelievably swift and efficient service and the cost? Very, very reasonable.

Digital Converters has such good reviews on its website that the sceptic in me thought maybe they were too good to be true. But the 36 camcorder tapes we have dating from the 1990s and early 2000s were slowly deteriorating and needed digitising or they would soon be gone forever. So I crossed my fingers and sent them off.

Given what we received back, I can now say that those reviews are entirely justified. In no sense are they an exaggeration. The service really is first class, the quality of the digital files really is amazing, and the cost really is great value for money. And I really would recommend them without hesitation.

After all, you can’t put a price on memories.

I recently found three ancient reels of super 8 film at the back of the wardrobe. I had no idea what was on them. I packaged them and sent them to Digital Converters to be digitalised. I am so happy with the results. Old films of my teenage years with my mates in the boy scouts in the 70s brought back to life. I've shared these films with my old friends and everyone is really pleased to see them. The process and instructions were very simple and it took around a week. Excellent service and great value for money. Thanks!

Simple story, discovered some old digital video tapes with camera and leads and tried converting them using my Mac. Two wasted days later I sent the tapes to Digi-Con and the memory stick arrived shortly after along with a refund for the tapes that had no content. Also correspondence was great, dealing with a human not a robot

While having a bit of a tidy up in the attic, I came across half a dozen video cassettes of my 90s rallying days. Having not possessed a VHS player for over 20 years, I was considering throwing them away but luckily I decided to investigate the possibility of having them digitally converted. After doing a bit of research, I popped the tapes in a box and sent them off to Digital Converters. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service received. From postage through to delivery back of the digital media, I was kept informed of the process every step of the way. Turn around time was fantastic, just 7 days from start to finish, and I was delighted with the quality of the final product.
Cost to convert was very reasonable and would definitely recommend Digital Converters.

I was looking to get ~70 Cine films I received from my father-in-law digitised. I estimated +100 hours of content to digitalise and then enhancing on top of that. I am not a Cine film enthusiast, and I did not have time so I searched for a company to do it. There were a couple with similar base line prices. However Digital Converters were the ONLY ones who gave a "one price, we do it all" quote and having excellent on-line reviews I decided to give them my films. Having had a couple of questions along the way and now received the results I completely get why they have a 5.0 rating, the results are GREAT, the people organised and friendly too. Another 5* rating just added.
