My account manager, Sam (Daughtry) has just phoned me today, just an hour before you close-up shop 'til the New Year. I emailed him, he phoned me within 5 minutes! THAT'S good service!

I've had a busy year on a personal level. I never get phone calls pushing me to 'buy buy buy'.
Sam ... has a relaxed intensity. He's there when I need to speak to him AND he has time to listen to my tales .... even when (I assume) he's busy as hell).

Sean and Sam are exceptional dealers who consistently offer competitive rates and transparent transactions. I appreciate their honesty, reliability, and excellent communication, they are my go-to choice. Just make sure you have deep pockets

Communication with James was always a pleasure, he was polite, considerate and concise in his conversation and sharing of information. He was very knowledgeable about the product and allowed plenty of opportunity for me to ask any clarifying questions.
He kept me updated throughout the whole transaction through to the end and receipt of the product.

The transaction was smooth and every member of staff i spoke to was incredibly helpful. Especially Sam Daughtry who I primarily dealt with.

What I would like to say about DIRECT BULLION is that when I first spoke to GERRY O'BRIEN he guided me through graded gold coins that he thought would do well as an investment and so far he been bang on the button. I was reviewing my work place pension and was very disappointed with what I saw over the last few years. I was thinking of investing in Gold but thought It would be a frightening experience. After talking to Gerry O'Brien for what seemed like forever (sorry Gerry I had a lot of questions) he explained the in and outs of how the gold is safely stored until such a time I decided to sell. Unsolicited emails. I've tried unsubscribing - I never signed up in the first place - but they're big time spamming me.

I would like to retract my previous review. My initial experience was not the best. However, Chris has taken over my account; alleviated the problem and delivered my order as promised. I am now happy to continue doing business with DB thanks to Chris.

I paid for Charles 111 Crowned gold coins. Very good at promises but not with deliveries. Been waiting since 20 July for my order. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Do not answer phone calls or emails. Now asking bank to intervene and reporting them to the police.

Communication is poor after payment received, this company could not give a delivery date, repeatedly failed to call back after promises to do so, and when pressed for a delivery date, they could only respond blaming me for not being patient. They received payment from me nine days ago and I still cannot get a delivery date. Good news the goods arrived on the 6th September nearly one month after I paid. Just glad it's over
