My wife had some concerns around me buying a difficult to get hold of item online, in case it simply wouldn't arrive, though at all stages of the delivery the communication & tracking provided was outstanding & the goods turned up as promised. Issue resolved.
My goods arrived on time and in good working order, however they were shipped from USA so just be aware that the company do not have a UK office and source there items from the closest place to you, so depending on what you ordered it might well be from within the UK.
However my issue came when I wanted to return the item for a refund, I needed to return it to the US but had to pay for postage which was going to cost me almost as much as the item cost, but I am pleased to say after a bit of going back and forth with the company they have agreed to refund me. So if you do your research and ask the company where your item will be coming from and your happy with that then there is no reason not to use Direct9UK their shipping cost are reasonable and the item arrived when they said it would and also they did respond to all my emails and resolved my issue in the end.
