Very poor; look elsewhere
1 - (despite the premium pricing for P&P) the product was badly packaged and arrived with a small dent
2 - the head of one of the fixing screws sheared off when I tried to install the product (despite me drilling a pilot hole)
3 - both sets of brushes fell off when the post came through the door
4 - if it was possible to rate this Zero I would

I don't remember getting an update as to the delivery schedule- it was pure luck that the delivery van arrived as I was leaving my house. The door was a little damaged too but nothing that can't be fixed up.

Wrong door delivered
We ordered an LPD door with a stated delivery timeframe of 3–5 working days. The item was delivered after 6 days, and the door supplied was incorrect. It appears they do not hold stock themselves and simply take orders and arrange delivery through a third-party supplier.

Very bad customer service. From door superstore and from the supplier Deanta. Would not use again, and definitely would not recommend.

Unfortunately is the second time that…
Unfortunately is the second time that an order doors from this company and end up to cancel the order. First time because they sold me something they didn’t had in stock and the second because they said 5 to 7 days delivery and then I been messed around with the delivery company , overall very bad experience, I’m a loft conversion company that uses 100s of doors a year and trying to find a reliable supplier but unfortunately not this one.

misleading delivery estimates
Ordered 8 doors for a job for one of my customers, product page says 3-5 working days delivery which was the main reason I ordered as it saved me picking the doors up from a local supplier. Ordered on the 4th and they arrived on the 14th. After the initial estimate was missed I rang the supplier that's fulfilling the order and they told me they never received my order until the 7th which was a Friday.
I'm extremely busy with work and have had to push work back and even lost customers because of the misleading information they provided. If you have a timeframe you need the doors by don't bother ordering from these
Edit: the supplier hadn't even attempted to contact me when I called to chase it up as I had asked them if they had when I called. In addition you never even provided the supplier with the correct phone number, as they still had the mistyped one on file the day before delivery, it was only after calling them on the day they had told me it would be delivered did it get changed on their file.

I do apologise about the delay with your order.
I can see on the order notes that you had called in to chase your order with us and it was found out that the telephone number provided at the time of ordering was incorrect. Most of our door suppliers will not deliver without confirming delivery directly with the customer prior. Once the correct phone number was sent to the supplier your order was delivered 4 days after this.
I do apologise that this was not communicated to us sooner by the supplier as we could have rectified this issue and got your delivery to you sooner than this.
I hope you are able to get the work finished that you had booked in with your customer.
