Excellent from beginning to end for my new boiler. When the boiler was fitted the engineer left my kitchen spotlessly clean. He was polite and fully respected my home. I will ensure to arrange with them a service for my boiler yearly as i know they are a company that can be trusted

Engineer explained with detail of what he was doing and why. Very polite and is able to sort out any query you may have.

2 min after I received a call from the office with an excellent telephone etiquette. The gentleman on the other side identified himself and the company, had all the details ready before I had to say anything and the appointment was booked in time. No fuss no hassle. In a very timely manner and with such positive attitude.

We had some problems with our boiler and Dorsey Plumbing made sure that a new boiler was installed within 48 hours and that problems that occurred after the installation were dealt with immediately. A lovely guy called Jake did the job and couldn't be more polite, helpful and was definitely going the extra mile making sure that all worked in the end!

Repaired a boiler that another company had declared un-repairable due to parts availability.
Three visits with various parts needed and all three engineers were polite, tidy and efficient.

Their whatsapp service is super fast and effective. I managed to book an engineer for the next day visit without any hassle. Engineer serviced the boiler and found the fault, quote sent also fast. In my opinion, They are a great contractor to get service from. I can highly recommend them.

From the first visit by Ben to discuss the requirements found Dorset Plumbing excellent.
We outlined what was required, towel rail in main bathroom, shower mixer tap adjustable shower head, shower screen and wall panels around the bath.
Ben outlined it would be about day to day half to fit.
Within the week we had the quotation and were happy to proceed. Spoke with Max in the office to arrange installation and suitable date was only two weeks away so booked in immediately. Following booking decided to have a second towel rail in en-suite, spoke to Max who said they would look on first day and if no issue would arrange to do at same time
Day before installation had email reminding of installation following day and engineer would be with us between 8am to 1pm. Engineer would confirm arrival in the morning.
Had text message on the fist morning saying engineer would arrive by 8.10, which he did on the dot. Engineer was Ben who we met before. He outlined what he would do and in what order and he crasried on. Didn’t stop only when we asked about the additional towel rail which he explained wouldn’t be an issue and would be fitted on the second morning.
Second morning had text from Ben to say on way and would be with us by 8am.
As previous day from time he arrived till he left didn’t stop at all. After completion asked us to check we were happy or if anything needed attention. We were over the moon. Very professional installation job and nothing to be unhappy about.
We will certainly look to use Dorsey Plumbing again for any future work or servicing. Kept us well informed from day one until completion.
Even to the point of following completion Max called me to check we were happy and if any issues to get in touch immediately.
Ben is a great individual and a credit to the company, would have no issues in him carrying out any future work in our property.

We had our boiler serviced on Friday 25th October by Dorset plumbing this is the 3rd or 4th time, Jake a very nice polite young man came. We are always very pleased with each that has come to the house, always respectful and kind as is the office when ever we have phoned 10 out of 10.

Called DP and told them prv was leaking. Plumber turned up without the part, despite him telling me it was a common failure part. I was charged on the spot £59.99 for the visit and they would send a quotation via email. Their quote was £70 more expensive than another quote. Shan’t be using them again.

Brilliant service. I've used Dorset Plumbing for a few jobs, boiler services and radiator install. Communication is always great and the fact you can book appointments online to suit you is a massive plus. Engineers always polite and tidy when they work. Great service.

Fixed our toilet that wouldn't stop running, arrived the same day, only charged us for regular callout. Very impressed, but pity our landlord (aster) wasn't as quick, they couldn't send anyone until next week.
