On Monday evening I had water coming through my kitchen ceiling and discovered my boiler was leaking. It was late and I had to call out an emergency plumber. I also left a voicemail message for Dorset Plumbing, the company I have used and trusted for over 10 years. At 7.30am on Tuesday I got a phone call from Vince the proprietor. At 7.50am I had an engineer at my door . He assessed the boiler, and, as it's under warranty, contacted the manufacturer with the details. At 9.00am I had a call from the manufacturer. Yesterday morning, Thursday, my boiler was repaired. Both Dorset Plumbing and the manufacturer did everything to get the boiler back in action. Thank you for the excellent service.

I have used Dorset Plumbing for Gas Safety certification and toilet repairs previously, they communicate well, book visits in advance and supply invoice upon completion. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

I just had my Glow-Worm boilers yearly service done by Dorset Plumbing this morning. It was carried out by Scott Grieve who did a very thorough job and checked everything. I decided to use Dorset Plumbing to carry out a landlord gas safety check on my property after I was fed up being charged the earth for the same thing by my management company. It has been the best thing I’ve done, not only was I able to communicate via WhatsApp which is ideal for me but they kept me updated through the whole process booking the safety check with the tenants and sending me the certificate in a timely manner. I am so impressed and will continue to use them for all of my checks and ad hoc plumbing work! Professional, reasonable and very helpful!

We have used Dorset Plumbing for a number of years and have always found them to be very professional, courtesy and prompt. Last month our boiler broke down and within a couple of hours of phoning and speaking to Max an engineer arrived. Chris managed to get the boiler working long enough for us to heat the house and have a shower. We were advised that the boiler required some new parts. Max then arranged for an engineer to visit the following morning and by 8.30 Ben arrived with the necessary parts and by 10.00 he had rectified the issue. Great customer service from Dorset Plumbing, we would highly recommend.

Recently had a new boiler installed in my flat. The work in itself wasn't as simple as first planned, however the Gas Engineer Scott took it upon himself to ensure I had hot water by the end of the first day. He was extremely efficient, punctual, polite and clean and tidy.
Dorset Plumbing fit me in on the soonest occasion, were fairly priced and their customer service was excellent.

Following a boiler installation, one of the radiators was leaking (it would appear due to its age) and the gland has been tightened. Should it be unsuccessful, I am advised that a new gland will be fitted free of charge!

1st time I've used a local plumber (hubby was a tradesman) I saw them mentioned on a Facebook page and decided to call them. An appointment was booked to servive my boiler. I received a confirmation text, a reminder text the day before and a text to let me know he was on his way. The engineer was prompt and polite.
I was concerned I had a problem later on and telephoned them and was amazed to receive a message to say an engineer would be back to me in the morning....and he was ! Cannot fault their service, communication or staff who went above and beyond.

Ben came round to service our boiler very friendly and professional and on time from making the appointment to the job being finished this company was very good would recommend

Very professional from start to finish. The 1st time putting the heating on in our customer reception and the boiler decided not to work. Called these guys off a recommendation as I was let down but 2 others and within 1 hour an engineer turned up to take a look. Ben had to pick up a part & returned later that day to get us back on. Kept me informed throughout and I was pleasantly surprised by the price. Will definitely recommend & use again.
