Great value and service
Website was very easy to use although the search function is not perfect and the Sort by Price did not seem to work. Transaction was very easy and product arrived quickly and as advertised. Overall very happy to buy from this vendor again.

Bloody hopeless!
Bloody hopeless!! Twice I've purchased a watch; twice they've processed my order and then advised me the watch I selected is out of stock; twice they offered a refund but only for the watch price and not the international transaction fee.
It's pretty simple guys...don't process the order unless the product is in stock. Crooks

I have just received my order #128099, thank you! I haven't taken the watch out of the box yet but it looks good.
I must say, there are some negative comments on internet and I was also unsure of my purchase initially. The 1st email I wrote soon after my purchase (17 August 2022) and the Australian customer care phone number I tried did not get a response and I was uncertain if the company is genuine or if I have lost my money. The first response came after a couple of days assuring me of the shipment and from that point onwards, DHL was great. I received timely updates and my watch arrived today, 25 August 2022 i.e. 8 days from Singapore - Australia due to an initial technical glitch with the order as per company warehouse.
I am satisfied with the purchase and with the company - DownUnderWatches.com.

Received my new watch 7 business days after ordering. Down Under Watches and DHL kept me informed on the progress of my order. Had a question over the tracking number and Mayuri was very helpful in getting me organised in the tracking process.

I received the watch in good order and timely fashion (pardon the pun) at a great price compared to the retail value. The watches are shipped from Singapore (my instance) rather than Australia which may lengthen delivery time.

Incorrect model watch
Fast delivery; however the model that I received was a different colour then the one I purchased - I purchased a blue victorinox inox automatic and got a black one..
I can’t be bothered with the return timeframe so I will keep the black one instead..
Other then that, the packaging, communication, price were good.
