Quality carpet and brilliant customer service.
From start to finish they have been easy as they are called to work with. First visit to see the samples wasn’t pushy in anyway, everything was explained. The carpet installers were lovely, I called to get a rough time and they were there when they said. The carpet is stunning, super good quality and fits beautifully. I will definitely be using them again.

First time using easipay carpets I would highly recommend this company. The staff who put my laminate flooring down was brilliant they did a very good job from start to finish. I will definitely be using them again for other rooms in the future.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service, they don’t care and speak to you like a child. The fitters damaged my walls put bubbles in my flooring in 3 different rooms and told me it will go down the more I walk on them, I wanted to make a complaint but couldn’t they offered me £100 off as a ‘good will’ when I’m paying nearly £2,000 they all speak down to you and don’t have no care for any customer as it’s just a job for them, not professional never would use again or recommend!

My experience with your company was…
My experience with your company was good. Your staff were helpful and understanding of the issue I had with the carpet fitter not turning up on the said day, and then sending me a text message at 7.30pm that he was not coming, after I spent the whole day waiting for him and wasted an annual leave day. I wasn't happy about it.

From beginning to end everything was completed when they said they would and the lads who fitted the carpets where in and out within 1.5hrs and cleaned up as they went will definitely be using again

Great service - Leon Birmingham
I had the pleasure of meeting Leon from your Birmingham team today when he came to measure up for my new flooring, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
Leon was incredibly patient while I took my time choosing the right laminate colour, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the visit, explaining everything clearly and answering all of my questions.
He made the whole experience feel relaxed, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. Leon is genuinely a lovely person and a real credit to your company.
The customer service I received was exceptional from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Leon and your company to anyone looking for new flooring. Thank you for making the whole process such a positive experience—I’m really looking forward to seeing the end results.

Do NOt Use this cowboy company!!!..I read the reviews before going ahead which seemed OK...it has been a nightmare since the guy came out and measured the hall stairs and landing carpet too short ...then something happened with the fitter so had to wait another 2 weeks then got told he was rushed into hospital however they didn't have another fitter for another week in this time my grandchildren were visiting and I had to put their shoes on as the strips had to be left down for new carpet meaning the very sharp tacks were sticking up which I fell on and split my big toe on another good will gesture given but yet again came to yesterday when fitters came to fit carpet guess what...it didn't fit and was too small.At this point I had totally lost the plot with them and asked for a full refund as I am not giving them the business or booking another date for something else to happen...this has been going on since MAY...40.00 deposit was meant to be in my bank today which I'm still waiting for all day and am debating going to trading standards!!!!

On this occasion, our service did fall short. The initial measuring error, followed by the unfortunate illness of the fitter and the resulting delays, caused a frustrating and unacceptable experience for you. We fully understand why, after everything you had been through, you no longer wished to rearrange the fitting.
We are particularly sorry to hear about the injury you sustained from the carpet gripper rods. We appreciate that this would have been upsetting and concerning, especially while you had your grandchildren visiting.
We have now processed your full refund, including the deposit, and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, delays and frustration caused throughout this process.
We completely understand your disappointment and can only apologise that we did not deliver the level of service you should have received from us.

Timeframe was different to what originally I was told. And they no longer refit the doors. Very inconvenient.

when the carpet fitters arrived they was really nice and respectful towards myself and my daughter. thats very important to me especially when there coming into my hone. they cleaned up all the carpet trimmings put it all into bin bags and put them at the side of my bin. so yeah i was very happy with my carpet very professional.they deserve to have five stars.
