when the carpet fitters arrived they was really nice and respectful towards myself and my daughter. thats very important to me especially when there coming into my hone. they cleaned up all the carpet trimmings put it all into bin bags and put them at the side of my bin. so yeah i was very happy with my carpet very professional.they deserve to have five stars.

You get what you pay for i guess. Sales persons quick to come out, measure up and quote. Whole website is super misleading honestly, there IS a credit limit of 1000, anything above this has to be paid in the initial deposit. Then they require you pay 1 full month before they will book you in for fitting. Again, this was misleading. They tell you you can book a fitting date, when its actually 'week commencing' and then you just kind of hang around and hope to receive some kind of update on when the fitters will come. We had multiple messages from Easipay saying it was an 'all day slot' but my husband had to chase the fitter himself to ask for times, we were told 12-3. Fitters rolled carpet out ACROSS THE ROAD and didnt wear any kind of shoe protectors. Upon cleaning up, seems like a very loose fitted carpet. All in all, i wouldnt recommend or use again.

Dave is brilliant couldn’t recommend him enough but fitters not so much, moan about doing work which is asked and wouldn’t even put wooden door runner on

Booked in for a carpet fitting, you wait over a week to be given an appointment at the start of the week, that appointment is an all day slot then to be told on the day of fitting they wont be coming till next week due to a break down but wont rearrange other work for work he has missed? Awful company. Needing 2 days booked of work to fit a carpet is a joke

I paid for new carpets which were poorly fitted. The company agreed the fitting was unacceptable and arranged a return visit to rectify it. On the day of the appointment I waited in all day. The fitter didn't respond to calls or texts, and although the office said they would contact him and provide an ETA, I never received one. I was left waiting until the end of the day with no communication. I simply wanted the carpets fitted properly and expected better customer service. Very disappointing. This is taking way too long to resolve, almost 2 months now since fitting.

Edit: it's now 2 months on from original fit, fitters came out to "fix the issues" yet I'm still left with loose carpet edges and poorly cut corners, poor sloppy finish, and for some reason my repeat requests to receive a full refund so I can get the job done elsewhere is repeatedly being ignored. Avoid this company. Fitters also told me I'm "picking at details" I don't think that's acceptable given the awful job they continue to do.

Could not recommend this company enough, absolutely fantastic experience with them and my new flooring is fantastic! Payments are fair and catered to you, the quality of the flooring is outstanding my whole experience with this company has been smooth and fast.

From start to finish I have no complaints really easy straight forward easily explained on how payments and the steps that will taken.

Just had two bedrooms a landing and staircase done. we had painted our rooms ready and undercoated i said it is fine if you catch the walls etc. I know it can't be helped i will just snag the walls afterwards there was only 3 scuff marks 2hrs start to finish highly professional would highly recommend we have another bedroom to do as we emptied the two into 1.
The quality of the carpets and underlay is excellent so soft under foot can not fault them.
Even the gentleman that came to measure up was so informed and told me everything thing I needed to know.
Measured the 3rd room ready so just a deposit to pay and then the money will be added to the total of what's already been done.

Easipay are just brilliant, from ordering , customer service was great. The measuring the guy was very polite talked me through the plan explaining everything and going through prices . I was kept informed every step of the way. The carpet fitters are polite, they did an excellent job . I’m very happy. I would highly recommend Easipay they made everything so simple for me, no hassles along the way. I’ve had several carpets from them , they made everything simple, no issues along the way. Thank you to all the Easipay team 😊. One very happy customer.

We chose the carpet we wanted, paid Dave our deposit & after the first payment we heard from the fitter Mani .
He was professional & courteous also . Phoned me the day of fitting & arrived after 30 minutes

Absolutely amazing work the staff are absolutely lovely and I love my vinyl flooring from having my rooms measured to then having the flooring put it was only a week between super quick and didn’t take long at all thank you very much

Good service, staff and fitters are polite (some fitters comical😂) they’re very quick to get you booked in for home visit and fitting with no hidden costs, also products are very good quality, I’m a happy customer, shame they don’t do floor tiles too as I need them.ive used this company 3 times now and no issues at all.

I don't know whether to be offended insulted or totally disappointed after the previous review that won't let me respond to it I've received an email about offering me 92 pound that is one month payment off the final bill after all the inconvenience and then being told they would have to rip my whole Florida because of a scratch that the fitter made on the installation all the inconvenience and the amount of time I've had to wait for this to then often in 92 pound honestly I'm okay thanks

It’s such an easy process, every member of staff was so polite and helpful. Everything was done fast from start to finish, the carpet fitters were speeding and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.
