Brilliant staff


Went into the wakefield store with my father in law to get a mobility scooter for him and he looked at a couple of scooters he liked he couldn't get one but this morning someone from head office rang me and asked if they could pass his details to another company which he said thats fine with in 10 mins he had the phone call and a scooter wendy and donna lovely people highly recommened

Stairlift broken down …

I reported my stairlift problems on Monday 8 June, they came this morning first thing and repaired it ,that's what I call a brilliant service, I can hardly walk because of my heart conditions and other problems, I really relay on my stairlift, so to get it done so quickly was marvellous, thanks again,the workman was very informative and explained what caused the problem, Christine broughan

I took my mother there for some new…

I took my mother there for some new tyres for her wheelchair and we had the pleasure of dealing with Wendy.

Asked her if she had any tyres I told her the size. I wasn’t expecting any luck as the wheelchair was from the 80’s. But lo and behold Wendy delivered the goods. There was no hesitation I took the only two tyres that she had in stock. We knew what we went for and Wendy didn’t try to upsell any other products or another wheelchair.

Wendy was very welcoming and couldn’t ask for anymore of a welcome to the Wakefield shop.

We need more customer service people like Wendy in other shops around Wakefield.

This is about Wendy at the Wakefield

This is about Wendy at the Wakefield Branch. I took my Mum into town today and after five years of Mum turning me down flat today she actually went into the store and looked at the power chair. Whilst she didn't buy today Wendy got Mum in the chair and demonstrated it with her. She got home and said to me "I think that might be worth looking at getting." It's taken me five years to get her to think about even looking at the chairs! Hooray! Thank you Wendy! Hopefully I can get you a sale for the chair and maybe for the stair lift too in the near future. Until then please keep your fingers crossed for me! lol

Faulty on delivery

After paying £1700 for a nearly new mobility scooter from the Wakefield branch it was delivered 4 days later .om arrival it had only 30%charge so left it overnight to charge. Next day took it off charge and found it had not aftercharged and a service sign was flashing showing a fault .
