Eden Mobility - Wakefield Avis 

Sarah and Wendy in Wakefield really looked after me when I came in to buy my wife a scooter the service was lovely and I would recommend this shop to all my friends and I would use this shop myself again

I went to go visit the Wakefield store a couple of days ago and I was in love with one of there scooters and the help I received was brilliant thankyou so much was very good

I have just called at the Wakefield shop with my mum she was looking for a recycling chair the two ladys in the shop were really helpful made my mum real comfortable they sorted her a chair out she had a coffee and a chat with them and all the way home she just kept saying how lovely the two ladys were would recommend them to friends and family..A big thankyou to Gill and Wendy.xx

Wendy was absolutely brilliant, very patient and thorough and got my grandma sorted out in no time at all - even got her comfortable and cofident on the scooter whilst we were in the shop! 💕

Wendy was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She was very thorough in demonstrating how to use two different mobility walkers, including safety features, and listened carefully to Mum's concerns. We were very grateful to her for her kind and sympathetic approach and Mum (age 92) is delighted with her purchase.

Gill and Wendy were so kind and considerate with me and my elderly father. Knowledge of the mobility scooters, speeds, charging etc was excellent. No pressure was put on us and we would definitely recommend them. It is rare to find friendly and helpful customer focused people today but we were made to feel comfortable and at ease. We will definitely be coming back 10 out of 10

Wendy the staff member was so helpful and informative regarding purchasing a recliner chair for my elderly mother, going above and beyond making sure we were happy with delivery dates and times keeping us informed . Delivery and installation was on schedule we are delighted with our chair!

I was forced to visit here today due to getting a puncture. Wendy has to be the most helpful person I have ever come across in retail. She spent an age trying to help me and eventually got me sorted.

Wendy I can't thank you enough for all your help and kindness in my hour of need. If your bosses read this, they should consider giving you a big pay rise. All people in the trade need to take a leaf out of your book! FIVE STARS and more are deserved here and anyone considering buying a scooter etc in the Wakefield area should look no further than Eden Mobility at the top of Westgate in Wakefield. Wendy at the Wakefield store is fantastic very polite and helpful we have had a scooter bathboard and a stairlift from this store over the last few weeks will go back and get everything we need to keep my mum mobile

The lady at the Wakefield store is always helpfull. We bought a Elite lite wheelchair for my dad and she let him try it out. Explained everything to us. We then went back 3 months later to see about having my mums old mobility scooter serviced as didn't work. and she explained the cost as it could be either the battery. Motor. So we decided to part exchange for a new one. Dad loves it as it gives him back his independence. The lady is always helpful and very knowledgeable

I had a slight problem with my scooter pulling to one side. I didn't know it but I had a puncture. I called the service department and they arranged for Andy to come out.

He rang me to tell me it was going to be a morning slot, which was fine. He rang me on the day to tell me he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would.

He explained the problem and my options and was very kind and patient with me. He fixed my scooter there and then. Made sure I was happy with it. Had a chat whilst he drank his coffee and after making sure everything was ok he left.
I paid him first of course.

Very nice kind young man. Very polite and I know he was just doing his job. But he did it well so I have no hesitation in recommending him.
